【摘要】：低音提琴的學(xué)習(xí)與表演在現(xiàn)在越來越受到大家的重視和關(guān)注,越來越多的教育機(jī)構(gòu),音樂培訓(xùn)班如雨后春筍一般涌現(xiàn)出來,但是在注重音樂本身知識(shí)的教學(xué)中有忽略了學(xué)習(xí)者怎么更好的放松自身個(gè)部位達(dá)到事半功倍的效果,而不注意放松身體還容易對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者造成生理上的傷害,甚至導(dǎo)致沒有辦法正常學(xué)習(xí)低音提琴。亞歷山大技法由費(fèi)得里克·麥特里亞斯·亞歷山大(Frederick Matthias Alexanderl869-1955)創(chuàng)立于19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,經(jīng)過近百年的發(fā)展和實(shí)踐,早已被醫(yī)學(xué)、教育、音樂等眾多領(lǐng)域所肯定及運(yùn)用。亞歷山大技法通過對(duì)背部、頸部以及全身疼痛和僵硬等不適的緩解,幫助我們獲得優(yōu)雅的姿勢(shì)、自如的動(dòng)作、自然的呼吸以及心理上的自信。本文主要分為兩個(gè)部分,第一個(gè)部分向大家介紹亞歷山大技法的提出及亞歷山大技法的基本原理。第二個(gè)部分讓大家了解在低音提琴演奏的基本姿勢(shì)和身體各部位的關(guān)系及對(duì)應(yīng)怎樣運(yùn)用亞歷山大技法進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The study and performance of the bass violin have attracted more and more attention. More and more educational institutions and music training courses have sprung up.However, in the teaching of paying attention to the knowledge of music itself, some have neglected how the learners can better relax their parts to achieve twice the result with half the effort, while not paying attention to the relaxation of the body can easily cause physiological harm to the learners.It even leads to no way to learn bass properly.Alexander technique was founded in the late 19th century and early 20th century by Frederick Matthias Alexanl869-195. After nearly 100 years of development and practice, it has been affirmed and applied in many fields such as medicine, education, music and so on.Alexander's technique helps us achieve elegant posture, free movement, natural breathing, and psychological confidence by relieving discomfort in the back, neck, and body pain and stiffness.This paper is divided into two parts. The first part introduces Alexander technique and the basic principle of Alexander technique.The second part lets you understand the basic position and body parts of the bass play and how to adjust it using Alexander's technique.
