【摘要】：文章基于泉廈兩地南音專業(yè)團體實地調(diào)研,從樂團現(xiàn)存情況、人員結(jié)構(gòu)、運營方式三個方面概括樂團發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計,從近年來樂團對外文化交流、個人與團體獲獎情況來分析在南音文化傳承中發(fā)揮的成效以及樂團發(fā)展的潛在問題;"十三五"時期文化發(fā)展的有利環(huán)境,給泉廈南音專業(yè)團體帶來了機遇與挑戰(zhàn),文章從樂團自身長遠發(fā)展和更好地發(fā)揮南音專業(yè)團體在南音文化傳承發(fā)展中的作用,提出要調(diào)整傳統(tǒng)管理模式、提高樂團服務(wù)品質(zhì)和引入市場發(fā)展機制三點策略建議,要建立起從政府管理層面到樂團再到市場的"三位一體、內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)"穩(wěn)定、健康、有序發(fā)展的良好環(huán)境,在南音文化傳承中發(fā)揮其"國家隊"的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of the Nanyin professional organizations in Quanzhou-Xiamen, this paper summarizes the present situation of the orchestra from three aspects: the existing situation, the personnel structure, and the mode of operation of the orchestra. According to the statistics of the data, from the recent years, the Orchestra has exchanged foreign cultures. Individual and group awards have been given to analyze the achievements in the transmission of Nanyin culture and the potential problems in the development of the Orchestra. The favorable environment for cultural development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period has brought opportunities and challenges to the Quanxia Nanyin professional group. Based on the long-term development of the Orchestra itself and the role of Nanyin professional organizations in the development of Nanyin culture, the paper puts forward three strategic suggestions on adjusting the traditional management mode, improving the service quality of the orchestra and introducing the market development mechanism. It is necessary to establish a "trinity, internal and external coordination", a stable, healthy and orderly development environment from the government management level to the orchestra to the market, so as to play a role of "national team" in the transmission of Nanyin culture.
