通過有效的客戶獲取和保留來保持客戶忠誠度和盈利能力——上海東方藝術(shù)中心的案例研究(英文)

中國的劇場和劇團(tuán)在近十年迎來其高速發(fā)展期。雖然主要依賴政府資助,但大部分機(jī)構(gòu)都在努力嘗試市場化,如推出會員管理制度。這一在商業(yè)社會非常成熟的營銷體系在中國的表演藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域還處于起步階段,而專業(yè)營銷咨詢公司對于這方面的研究也很少有涉及表演藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的。上海東方藝術(shù)中心是全國最早實(shí)行會員制的劇場,其會員管理體系也被認(rèn)為是成功的案例,本研究以上海東方藝術(shù)中心為對象,探討了表演藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域顧客獲取、顧客保留、顧客忠誠度和最終盈利之間的關(guān)系。國內(nèi)大部分劇場和劇團(tuán)因?yàn)橘Y金來源于國家,在會員管理方面,更注重會員人數(shù)的增長。這個研究從更市場化的角度,將顧客獲取和保留與客戶終身價值(CLV)與盈利能力聯(lián)系起來試圖給出一些啟發(fā),供在高速發(fā)展中的中國劇場(團(tuán))思考。在2020年因疫情面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)困境的時刻,這樣的研究也許會更有價值。
