【摘要】：黃梅戲作為我國(guó)五大劇種之一,2006年被列入第一批國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。無(wú)論是作為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)還是作為優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,黃梅戲理應(yīng)得到傳承和發(fā)展。然而,近些年來(lái),黃梅戲面臨著從理念到組織內(nèi)部管理再到產(chǎn)業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)性困境。突破困境的可能出路在于在提升思想認(rèn)識(shí)和完善內(nèi)部管理的前提下,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角,將黃梅戲推向市場(chǎng),與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,開(kāi)拓黃梅戲發(fā)展新局面,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的統(tǒng)一,推動(dòng)黃梅戲的傳承與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Huangmei Opera, as one of the five major dramas in China, was listed as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage in 2006. Whether as an intangible cultural heritage or as an excellent traditional culture, Huangmei Opera should be inherited and developed. However, in recent years, Huangmei Opera is facing the systematic dilemma from the concept to the internal management of the organization and then to the industrial integration and innovation. The possible way out to break through the predicament lies in promoting the ideological understanding and perfecting the internal management, based on the perspective of industrial integration, bringing Huangmei Opera to the market, merging with other industries, extending the industrial chain, and opening up a new situation for the development of Huangmei Opera. Realize the unity of social and economic benefits and promote the inheritance and development of Huangmei Opera.
