【摘要】："國劇運(yùn)動(dòng)"的困境并不像以往所論的那樣簡單。學(xué)界往往忽視了它最初是于1924年在美國紐約被提出來的這一重要事實(shí)。從倡導(dǎo)者的知識背景、當(dāng)時(shí)的美國語境及其模仿對象"愛爾蘭民族戲劇運(yùn)動(dòng)"推斷,"國劇運(yùn)動(dòng)"的"國劇"當(dāng)是指"本土化話劇"。返回中國后,此一設(shè)想即遭遇到兩重的跨文化尷尬:其一,"話劇"在美國被稱為"national drama"原也順理成章,而一旦在中國換稱"國劇",便受到了本土戲曲的挑戰(zhàn);其二,倡導(dǎo)者們在借用西方理論話語重新詮釋與定位中國戲曲時(shí),還落入了"以西格中"的運(yùn)思陷阱。
[Abstract]:The dilemma of the Chinese Opera Movement is not as simple as it used to be. Scholars often ignore the important fact that it was first put forward in New York in 1924. From the knowledge background of the advocates, the American context and its imitation object, the Irish National Drama Movement, it is inferred that the "National Drama" of the "National Opera Movement" refers to the "localization drama". After returning to China, this idea was confronted with two kinds of cross-cultural embarrassment: first, "drama" was called "national drama" in the United States, but once it was changed to "national drama" in China, it was challenged by local opera; Second, the advocates fell into the trap of thinking in "in the West" when reinterpreting and positioning Chinese opera with western theoretical discourse.
