【摘要】：聯(lián)邦戲劇項(xiàng)目(FTP)是羅斯福新政"以工代賑"計(jì)劃在文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐。項(xiàng)目以戲劇普及與戲劇教育為目標(biāo),以平民主義戲劇實(shí)踐為手段,通過活報(bào)劇等藝術(shù)形式反映資本主義制度下工人階級(jí)在就業(yè)、教育醫(yī)療、種族平等方面的訴求,由此成為30、40年代美國(guó)戲劇審查的重要目標(biāo)。"眾議院非美活動(dòng)調(diào)查委員會(huì)"通過聽證、調(diào)查對(duì)推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義思想意識(shí)形態(tài)的戲劇項(xiàng)目關(guān)聯(lián)人進(jìn)行清算,FTP項(xiàng)目最終被政治絞殺。FTP失敗的原因既有守舊派與改革派在思想意識(shí)形態(tài)的持續(xù)較量,也有共和黨和民主黨中保守派的政治討伐;既有項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐過程中自身存在的高成本與低效率,也有美國(guó)戲劇行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)緩沖機(jī)制的缺失。
[Abstract]:The Federal Drama Program (FTP) is a practice of the Roosevelt New deal for work program in the field of culture and art. The project aims at the popularization and education of drama, takes the practice of populist drama as a means, and reflects the demands of the working class under the capitalist system in terms of employment, education and medical treatment, and racial equality through art forms such as live newspaper dramas. This became an important goal of American theatrical censorship in the 1930s and 1940s. " The House Committee of Inquiry on Non-American activities "conducted a hearing to investigate the liquidation of the people associated with the drama project that promotes socialist ideology," The FTP project was finally hanged by politics. FTP failed because of the constant ideological struggle between the old and the reformers, as well as the political crusades of conservatives in the Republican and Democratic Party. There are not only high cost and low efficiency in the process of project practice, but also the absence of buffering mechanism of American Drama Association.
