【摘要】：中華民族地域遼闊，民族眾多，地方戲曲劇種呈現(xiàn)多姿多彩、百花齊放的大好局面。河北望都縣的新穎調(diào)是眾多地方戲中的一朵奇葩，誕生至今已有兩百多年的歷史。其生于民間，又反復(fù)演唱和流傳在老百姓中間，為基層的廣大民眾所喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)。新穎調(diào)創(chuàng)作手法生動(dòng)新穎，唱腔質(zhì)樸清新，綜合了多種戲曲藝術(shù)中的精華而又獨(dú)具特色，曾一度成為老百姓生活中不可缺少的精神食糧，是我國(guó)優(yōu)秀地方戲曲文化遺產(chǎn)的代表。其健康樸素、樂(lè)觀向上的表現(xiàn)形式和特有的藝術(shù)魅力，在國(guó)內(nèi)外都有廣泛的群眾基礎(chǔ)。自二十世紀(jì)中期以來(lái)，新穎調(diào)歷經(jīng)了由盛至衰的過(guò)程，直到今天，新穎調(diào)后繼乏人、觀眾流失、瀕臨絕跡。2007年6月該劇種被列為保定市第一批非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。 新穎調(diào)的緣起和發(fā)展，對(duì)廣大民眾的生活?yuàn)蕵?lè)，審美需求，情感交流及文化傳承等方面都發(fā)揮了重要的作用，本身有著較高的藝術(shù)價(jià)值和審美價(jià)值。同時(shí)新穎調(diào)也是地方戲曲文化的重要組成部分，它與老百姓的實(shí)際生活息息相關(guān)，既是歷史發(fā)展的見(jiàn)證，也是珍貴的、有價(jià)值的文化資源，其間所包含的燕趙兒女特有的民族精神、審美意識(shí)、想象力、創(chuàng)造力及思維方式，對(duì)于研究中國(guó)民間文化和地方音樂(lè)有重要的參考價(jià)值，也為研究中國(guó)戲曲的發(fā)展提供了實(shí)體參照。當(dāng)前，由于歷史原因，新穎調(diào)正瀕臨消亡和失傳。通過(guò)認(rèn)真的考察和了解，對(duì)其緣起發(fā)展、組織形式、藝術(shù)特點(diǎn)及社會(huì)文化價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行了全面的調(diào)查分析，針對(duì)新穎調(diào)的現(xiàn)狀，提出保護(hù)傳承的幾點(diǎn)建議，，目的是引起全社會(huì)的共同關(guān)注。期待新穎調(diào)能夠重現(xiàn)昔日“獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟”的光彩，從而更好地發(fā)揮其弘揚(yáng)民族精神，傳承民族民間文化，豐富人民群眾精神文化生活的積極作用。
[Abstract]:The Chinese nation has a vast territory and numerous nationalities. The novel tune of Wangdu County in Hebei Province is a rare flower in many local operas, which has a history of more than 200 years. It was born in the folk, and repeated singing and spread among the common people, the masses of grass-roots people like to see. The novel tone creation technique is vivid and novel, the singing is simple and fresh, has integrated many kinds of opera art essence but also has the unique characteristic, once became the common people life indispensable spiritual food, is our country outstanding local opera cultural heritage representative. Its healthy, simple, optimistic expression form and unique artistic charm have a broad mass base at home and abroad. Since the middle of the 20th century, the novel tune has gone through the process from prosperity to decline. Until now, the novel tone has been followed by few people, the audience has been lost, and is on the verge of extinction. In June 2007, the play was listed as the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in Baoding City. The origin and development of the novel tune plays an important role in the life and entertainment, aesthetic demand, emotional exchange and cultural inheritance of the general public, and has a higher artistic value and aesthetic value. At the same time, the novel tone is also an important part of the local opera culture. It is closely related to the actual life of the common people. It is not only a witness of historical development, but also a precious and valuable cultural resource. The unique national spirit, aesthetic consciousness, imagination, creativity and mode of thinking of Yanzhao's sons and daughters are of great reference value to the study of Chinese folk culture and local music. Also for the study of the development of Chinese opera to provide substantive reference. At present, due to historical reasons, novel tune is on the verge of extinction and loss. Through careful investigation and understanding, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on its origin and development, organizational form, artistic characteristics and social and cultural values, and puts forward some suggestions for protecting the inheritance in view of the current situation of the new tone. The aim is to arouse the common concern of the whole society. It is expected that the original tone can reproduce the splendor of "being unique" in the past, so as to bring into play its positive role in carrying forward the national spirit, inheriting the national folk culture and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the masses.
