【摘要】：在快速發(fā)展的當(dāng)代社會(huì),戲曲衰落趨勢(shì)漸顯,面臨著愈來(lái)愈嚴(yán)峻的生存問(wèn)題。以傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)形式為主要產(chǎn)品的戲曲院團(tuán)實(shí)際情況很復(fù)雜,基本處在國(guó)家不補(bǔ)貼即斷血的狀態(tài)。戲曲的振興,歸根結(jié)底是要在基層院團(tuán)身上體現(xiàn)的。通過(guò)觀察"花開(kāi)桃李梅——十地方戲曲劇種《桃李梅》同城匯演"各個(gè)參演院團(tuán)的體制屬性、舞臺(tái)表現(xiàn)以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾情況,得出在振興戲曲國(guó)家已經(jīng)給予政策層面支撐的前提下,基層院團(tuán)還應(yīng)該從重視院團(tuán)管理者綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)、重視多層次人才的培養(yǎng)、重視年輕觀眾的培養(yǎng)這三個(gè)方面做出努力的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of contemporary society, the decline trend of opera is gradually showing, facing more and more serious problems of survival. The opera troupe with traditional art form as its main product is very complicated and is basically in the state of blood cut off without subsidy from the state. The rejuvenation of opera, in the final analysis, should be reflected in the grass-roots courtyard. By observing the institutional attributes, stage performance and audience situation of the various performing troupes of "Flower Peach Li Mei-Ten kinds of Local Opera operas," Peach and Plum Plum "in the same city, It is concluded that under the premise that the revitalization of the opera country has been supported at the policy level, the grass-roots colleges and troupes should also attach importance to the training of the comprehensive quality of the managers of the troupes and the cultivation of multi-level talents. Pay attention to the training of young audience in these three aspects of efforts to make a conclusion.
