從艾琳到瑪麗亞看伯恩斯坦音樂劇中的角色音樂特征

【摘要】:本論文通過對伯恩斯坦的兩部音樂劇代表作《美妙的小鎮(zhèn)上》、《西區(qū)故事》中的女性角色艾琳和瑪麗亞的唱段分析,探討作曲家的創(chuàng)作意圖和論述演繹的相關(guān)問題。 第一章,從多變的節(jié)奏型為切入點分析艾琳的角色音樂特征。首先通過觀察作曲家運用不同音樂元素中豐富多變的節(jié)奏型,討論劇中角色的鮮明個性和戲劇意涵;其次,通過音樂劇中人物的唱段與歌劇詠嘆調(diào)的比較揭示艾琳唱段中的歌劇化特征。第二章討論瑪麗亞的角色音樂特征,通過分析節(jié)奏重音與唱詞語調(diào)之間的聯(lián)系,探究它們的完美結(jié)合對于表現(xiàn)戲劇所起到的重要性,并在考察瑪麗亞這一角色音樂層次感的基礎(chǔ)上,論述旋律與戲劇高潮的關(guān)系。第三章通過對艾琳和瑪麗亞這兩個角色唱段音樂及在劇中不同戲劇表現(xiàn)力的比較與分析,探論演唱伯恩斯坦音樂劇作品需要注意的相關(guān)問題,并指出音樂風(fēng)格把握和戲劇張力體現(xiàn)的重要意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the analysis of the female characters Irene and Maria in Bernstein's two musical masterpieces, "on the wonderful Town" and "the West side Story", the author explores the composer's creative intention and discusses the relevant issues of interpretation. The first chapter analyzes Irene's role music characteristics from the point of view of changing rhythm. First of all, by observing the rich and changeable rhythmic patterns of different musical elements, the composer discusses the distinctive personality and dramatic meaning of the characters in the play. Through the comparison of the characters' choir and the opera aria in the musical, this paper reveals the characteristics of the opera in Irene's choir. The second chapter discusses the musical characteristics of Maria's characters and explores the importance of their perfect combination to the performance of drama by analyzing the relationship between rhythmic stress and the tone of singing words. On the basis of investigating Maria's musical hierarchy, the relationship between melodies and dramatic climax is discussed. In the third chapter, through the comparison and analysis of the two characters, Irene and Maria, as well as the expressive power of different plays in the play, the author probes into the relevant problems in singing Bernstein's musical works. It also points out the important significance of grasping the musical style and embodying the drama tension.
