【摘要】：文章以上海蕭雅文化藝術(shù)有限公司為例,闡述我國(guó)當(dāng)前民營(yíng)戲曲職業(yè)院團(tuán)為了迎合市場(chǎng)需求,在音樂(lè)創(chuàng)作的唱腔和作曲方面加入現(xiàn)代手法以面對(duì)更大的受眾群;在舞臺(tái)表演中設(shè)置互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)以拉近觀眾與演員的距離,在演出服裝、化妝、舞美等方面巧妙地節(jié)省成本以維持機(jī)構(gòu)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);在公司內(nèi)部實(shí)行"一戲一聘制"和"一戲一核算"的管理制度并積極向外拓展其他演藝業(yè)務(wù)以保障其健康、有序地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Taking Shanghai Xiaoya Culture and Art Co., Ltd as an example, this paper expounds that in order to meet the needs of the market, the troupe of private opera vocational college in our country adds modern techniques to the singing and composition of music creation in order to face a larger audience. In order to close the distance between the audience and the actors in the stage performance set up interactive links in the performance of clothing makeup dance and other aspects of clever cost savings to maintain the normal operation of the organization; In order to ensure its healthy and orderly development, the management system of "one play one hire system" and "one play one account" system are implemented in the company.
