【摘要】：作為與共和國(guó)同齡的“戲劇老團(tuán)”,山西洪洞大槐樹劇團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程反映了山西大槐樹劇團(tuán)的歷史變遷,折射出新中國(guó)成立至今根植于晉南地方戲劇劇種——蒲劇從內(nèi)容到形態(tài)的發(fā)展全貌,與此同時(shí),山西洪洞大槐樹劇團(tuán)乃至演出的蒲劇劇目在現(xiàn)代傳媒強(qiáng)烈沖擊下出現(xiàn)的困境或遇到的問題均具有普遍性、代表性,因此,對(duì)山西洪洞大槐樹劇團(tuán)的調(diào)查研究,有助于對(duì)研究其他地方戲劇以至于一些頻臨消亡的戲劇小劇種,更甚于許多民族藝術(shù)形態(tài)或非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承和保護(hù)提供一定的借鑒。筆者通過對(duì)山西洪洞大槐樹劇團(tuán)的建立與發(fā)展、構(gòu)成人員、演出活動(dòng)的范圍及演出時(shí)間場(chǎng)所、演出劇目以及經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)作作了詳盡的分析,得出結(jié)論:造成山西洪洞大槐樹劇團(tuán)現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)的困境的主要原因是政府支持力度不足,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不夠重視,資金嚴(yán)重不足;劇目老化、新劇本匱乏、演員隊(duì)伍良莠不齊、演出的規(guī)范性差,也是當(dāng)下存在的主觀問題;此外,現(xiàn)代傳媒的強(qiáng)烈沖擊以及戲劇滯后于現(xiàn)在年輕人的欣賞興趣則是存在的客觀原因。筆者給出了解決問題的對(duì)策,即政府要加大扶持力度;政府需要加大宣傳力度;劇團(tuán)要優(yōu)化自己,提高業(yè)務(wù)水平;規(guī)范演員的演出行為;可以邀請(qǐng)一些名角加入劇團(tuán);可以吸引社會(huì)投資;多舉辦匯演,交流切磋技藝;籌資辦戲校。
[Abstract]:As a "drama troupe" of the same age as the Republic, the development course of Shanxi Hongdong Big Sophora Opera Troupe reflects the historical changes of Shanxi Big Sophora Opera Company. Reflecting the development of the local drama of southern Shanxi, which has been rooted since the founding of New China, from the content to the form, at the same time, The difficulties or problems encountered by Shanxi Hongdong Big Sophora Opera Troupe and even the Puju Opera repertoire performed by the modern media are universal and representative. Therefore, the investigation and study of Shanxi Hongdong Big Sophora Opera Troupe is carried out. It is helpful to study other local dramas and even to provide some references for the inheritance and protection of many national art forms or intangible cultural heritage. The author makes a detailed analysis of the establishment and development of Shanxi Hongdong Big Sophora Opera Troupe, including the personnel, the scope of the performance activities, the time and place of the performance, the performing repertoire and the economic operation. It is concluded that the main reasons for the plight of Shanxi Hongdong Big Sophora Opera Troupe are insufficient government support, insufficient leadership attention, serious shortage of funds, aging repertoire, lack of new scripts, and mixed actors and actresses. In addition, the strong impact of modern media and the lagged interest of the young people in drama are the objective reasons for the existence of the present subjective problem. The author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, that is, the government should increase the support, the government needs to increase the propaganda, the troupe should optimize itself, improve the professional level, standardize the performance of the actors, invite some famous characters to join the troupe; Can attract social investment; hold more performances, exchange skills; raise funds to run drama schools.
