【摘要】：晚清時期戲劇禁管的有關(guān)規(guī)定名目繁多,范圍廣泛,涉及聲腔、劇目、演出時間地點等多方面。為使法規(guī)條例得到有效的執(zhí)行,官方和戲園采取了多種具體的禁管處罰措施加以配合,諸如制定戲園章程、罰款、劇目審查、驅(qū)逐違禁戲班及演員等。本文對此進行討論,旨在從一個側(cè)面厘清清代戲劇管理的行為邏輯和經(jīng)驗得失。
[Abstract]:During the late Qing Dynasty, the relevant regulations on the prohibition of drama were numerous and extensive, covering various aspects, such as sound, repertoire, time and place of performance, and so on. In order to enforce the laws and regulations effectively, the authorities and the opera garden have adopted a variety of specific measures of prohibition and punishment, such as the establishment of the theater charter, fines, repertoire review, the expulsion of banned actors and actors, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the behavioral logic and experience of drama management in Qing Dynasty.
