【摘要】：梅蘭芳與地方戲演員一起,共同推動戲曲藝術(shù)向前躍動,締造了中國戲曲的華彩歷史,給了我們很多精神啟示。其一,與時俱進,悟透傳統(tǒng),全面繼承,不斷創(chuàng)新。其二,用寬闊的胸懷,卓越的擔當,呵護和扶持與民眾息息相關(guān)的、被民眾所喜愛的所有民間地方戲曲。其三,戲曲劇目的改編移植是戲曲藝術(shù)的重要傳統(tǒng)之一,也是發(fā)展繁榮戲曲劇目的重要舉措。其四,做人是藝術(shù)家生命的最高境界。梅蘭芳的儒雅、剛正、和藹、溫文、好學(xué)、多思、智慧和多才,是中國傳統(tǒng)知識分子的典型代表,也是成就他事業(yè)走向輝煌的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)。
