【摘要】：當(dāng)前，大型民營演藝團體通過其產(chǎn)生的規(guī)模效應(yīng)在我國演藝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展中占有了越發(fā)重要的地位，，本文通過資料歸納總結(jié)與田野調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方式，以當(dāng)前發(fā)展較為成功的大型民營演藝企業(yè)為案例支撐，從創(chuàng)意與策劃、創(chuàng)作與生產(chǎn)、傳播與營銷三方面對其運營機制進行探索研究，從而驗證在民營資本的牽動下貼近市場需求的創(chuàng)作機制、現(xiàn)代的企業(yè)制度以及科學(xué)的營銷手段對于大型民營演藝企業(yè)創(chuàng)造出經(jīng)濟與文化效益所具備的實質(zhì)性意義，得出民營演藝企業(yè)市場化的運作、品牌化、規(guī)�；陌l(fā)展是未來演藝企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要趨勢的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:At present, the large-scale private performing arts groups play a more and more important role in the development of our country's performing arts industry through its scale effect. Based on the case study of large private entertainers with successful development at present, this paper explores and studies its operation mechanism from the aspects of creativity and planning, creation and production, communication and marketing. Therefore, it verifies that the creation mechanism close to the market demand under the influence of private capital, the modern enterprise system and the scientific marketing means have substantial significance for the large private performing enterprises to create economic and cultural benefits. It is concluded that the marketization, brand and scale development of private performing enterprises is an important trend in the future development of performing arts enterprises.
