　　功能文體學(xué)在現(xiàn)代文體學(xué)研究中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,主要以韓禮德的系統(tǒng)功能語法為理論基礎(chǔ)。功能文體學(xué)的分析主要是從三大元功能出發(fā),即概念功能、人際功能和語篇功能。概念功能包含經(jīng)驗(yàn)功能和邏輯功能。經(jīng)驗(yàn)功能是指人們?nèi)绾握J(rèn)知和體驗(yàn)事物的發(fā)生體現(xiàn)；邏輯功能是關(guān)于小句復(fù)合體的邏輯意義。人際功能是指人物間的相互交流以及與他人建立社會關(guān)系；語篇功能是指說話者或者作者如何把信息有邏輯地組織成連貫的文本。 《愛瑪》是簡·奧斯汀的一部名著,這部小說受到國內(nèi)外批評家的廣泛關(guān)注。小說中的大量對話和不同的人物也引起廣泛評論。許多文學(xué)批評家從不同的角度對小說進(jìn)行研究,例如,女性主義、人物塑造、寫作手法等等。但是從系統(tǒng)功能語法角度對其文本進(jìn)行研究的卻不多見。本研究運(yùn)用功能文體學(xué)理論對這部作品進(jìn)行分析,主要是基于概念功能和人際功能。其中經(jīng)驗(yàn)功能和人際功能分別運(yùn)用于分析小說中人物的性格特點(diǎn)和人物之間的權(quán)力關(guān)系。概念功能主要是通過及物系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn),包括六種過程：物質(zhì)過程,心理過程,關(guān)系過程,行為過程,語言過程,以及存在過程。運(yùn)用這六種過程對小說人物性格特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的分析,揭示作者對小說中的階級關(guān)系的批判。人際功能主要是通過語氣系統(tǒng)和...
