[Abstract]:In this paper, Margaret Atwood, a writer known as the Queen of Canadian Literature, is selected as the research object, and the relationship between man and nature, woman and nature, man and woman, nature and culture in this work is explored and interpreted by using the method of ecological feminism criticism, as well as the human survival crisis under totalitarian politics. The practical significance of this study is to urge people to reflect on the mode of human survival and development, which plays a warning role in our ecological and interpersonal crisis. Atwood is an ecologically conscious female writer who describes in the year of Flood and epidemic an anhydrous flood that has swept through all living things on Earth and ended up with only a small number of people surviving. The novel reflects the author's deep worries and thoughts on the living state of women in patriarchal society and all the survival problems of life in nature. The thesis consists of six parts: the introduction part mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, significance and method, the structure of the paper and so on; the first and second chapters mainly introduce the ideological connotation of ecological feminism literary criticism and the main critics and their criticism propositions; the third and fourth chapters are the main part of this paper; finally, the conclusion part of this paper. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between man and nature, man and woman, woman and nature, nature and culture from the perspective of dualistic opposition in the novel, and reveals the oppressive conceptual framework and its essential ruling logic hidden under patriarchy. The heroine of the novel walks into nature, grows up in close contact with nature, and gains the power to overcome men and disasters, so she can survive the flood without water. The fourth chapter criticizes the social survival crisis caused by the human-centered power political rule and scientific and technological rationality in the novel, analyzes and sums up the ecological thought of the organization of "the gardener of God", and points out that the ecological holism thought and the biological equality thought are the way of human survival. In the conclusion part of the paper, the ecological feminism embodied in the novel is summarized, and the defects are also pointed out. Nature is the highest standard to judge everything, and the development of human society must follow the principles and laws of natural development.
