淺談《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》的后現(xiàn)代特征

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速躍進(jìn)和科技高度發(fā)達(dá)時(shí)代的帶來(lái),西方社會(huì)進(jìn)入了后工業(yè)時(shí)期。生產(chǎn)力結(jié)構(gòu)的突變將社會(huì)文化帶入后現(xiàn)代氛圍中,后現(xiàn)代主義文學(xué)由此在文學(xué)史上得到確立。兩次世界大戰(zhàn)的爆發(fā),二戰(zhàn)之后一系列戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和反戰(zhàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起,以美國(guó)肯尼迪總統(tǒng)遇刺為代表的一連串政治事件的發(fā)生,科學(xué)技術(shù)的極大發(fā)展都讓作家們看到了后現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的迷亂與癲狂。作家們發(fā)現(xiàn),以往那些傳統(tǒng)的小說(shuō)表現(xiàn)手法,已經(jīng)不能再準(zhǔn)確表現(xiàn)出這個(gè)世界的破碎與凌亂,他們需要新的表現(xiàn)手法來(lái)展示這個(gè)世界混亂、癲狂的本質(zhì)。在這樣的社會(huì)背景之下,一大批具備新表現(xiàn)元素的后現(xiàn)代小說(shuō)走入了讀者的視野。后現(xiàn)代主義小說(shuō)正是要“以破碎的藝術(shù)去對(duì)抗破碎的世界”,因此,后現(xiàn)代主義文學(xué)作品表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的實(shí)驗(yàn)性,在文本層面(而不是內(nèi)容的深度和意義的明確)以鮮明的后現(xiàn)代特征確立其在文學(xué)舞臺(tái)獨(dú)特的地位?梢哉f(shuō)后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)性正表現(xiàn)在它對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文學(xué)的破壞、消解和顛覆之上。在眾多的后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)作品中,《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》以其文本的龐雜繁復(fù)和表現(xiàn)手法的多變,強(qiáng)烈地挑戰(zhàn)著讀者的閱讀極限,具有后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的多種特征。這部長(zhǎng)達(dá)800多頁(yè)的作品,包含了400多個(gè)人物,曲折變化的情節(jié)最終走向了碎片似結(jié)尾,眾多的人物卻沒有一個(gè)是貫穿文本的主角。本文試圖從文本細(xì)讀的角度來(lái)分析《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》的后現(xiàn)代特征,希望通過對(duì)小說(shuō)主題特征和寫作手法的分析,結(jié)合與這個(gè)作品同時(shí)代的其他后現(xiàn)代代表作的分析,來(lái)論證這部作品為多數(shù)評(píng)論者注意但卻沒有一個(gè)整體性分析的后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)特征。 全文共包含五個(gè)部分,分為緒論;《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》主題的后現(xiàn)代特征;《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》的結(jié)構(gòu)藝術(shù);《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》中的后現(xiàn)代表現(xiàn)手法以及結(jié)語(yǔ)。其中緒論將簡(jiǎn)要交代后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的歷史背景,代表作品和主要特征,以及《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究情況。第一章《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》主題的后現(xiàn)代特征,主要從小說(shuō)主題的非單一性以及多個(gè)主題之間相互印證與加強(qiáng)的視角,探討后現(xiàn)代小說(shuō)主題的鮮明特征。第二章《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》的結(jié)構(gòu)藝術(shù),主要重點(diǎn)分析小說(shuō)的迷宮結(jié)構(gòu)具備的后現(xiàn)代魅力,以及拼貼和蒙太奇藝術(shù)手法對(duì)小說(shuō)文本結(jié)構(gòu)的建造。第三章重點(diǎn)探討《萬(wàn)有引力之虹》中的后現(xiàn)代表現(xiàn)手法,以此分析其具備的后現(xiàn)代主題特色。結(jié)語(yǔ)將對(duì)全文做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)要概述,目的在于歸納論文的闡述重點(diǎn)以及得出的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the development of science and technology, Western society has entered the post-industrial period. The sudden change of productive force structure brings the social culture into the post-modern atmosphere, and the post-modernism literature is established in the history of literature. The outbreak of two world wars, the rise of a series of wars and anti-war movements after World War II, the occurrence of a series of political events represented by the assassination of President Kennedy of the United States, The great development of science and technology makes writers see the confusion and madness of post-modern society. The writers found that the traditional novel expression methods can no longer accurately show the fragmentation and chaos of the world, and they need new expressions to show the chaos and madness of the world. Under such a social background, a large number of postmodern novels with new elements of expression have entered the reader's field of view. The post-modernist novel is just to "fight the broken world with the broken art". Therefore, the post-modernist literary works show strong experiment. At the text level (rather than the depth and meaning of the content), it establishes its unique position on the literary stage with distinct post-modern characteristics. It can be said that the experiment of post-modern literature is manifested in its destruction, resolution and subversion of traditional literature. Among the many post-modern literary works, the Rainbow of Gravity, with its complicated and varied texts, strongly challenges readers' reading limits and has many characteristics of post-modern literature. This 800-page work, which contains more than 400 characters, ends with twists and turns, but none of the characters are the protagonists throughout the text. This paper attempts to analyze the post-modern features of the Rainbow of Gravity from the perspective of text reading, hoping to analyze the theme features and writing techniques of the novel and combine the analysis of other post-modern representative works at the same time with this work. To prove that this work is paid attention to by most commentators but does not have a holistic analysis of the post-modern literary characteristics. The thesis consists of five parts: the introduction; the post-modern features of the theme of the Rainbow of Gravity; the structural art of the Rainbow of Gravity; the postmodern techniques of expression and the concluding remarks in the Rainbow of Gravitation. The introduction will briefly explain the historical background of post-modern literature, representative works and main features, as well as the domestic and foreign research situation of the Rainbow of Gravity. In the first chapter, the post-modern features of the theme of "the Rainbow of Gravity" are discussed from the perspective of the non-singleness of the theme of the novel and the mutual corroboration and strengthening of the themes among the themes, and the distinctive features of the theme of the post-modern novel are discussed. The second chapter, the structure art of the Rainbow of Gravity, focuses on the postmodern charm of the labyrinth structure of the novel, as well as the construction of the text structure of the novel by collage and montage techniques. The third chapter focuses on the post-modern techniques of expression in the Rainbow of Gravity, and then analyzes the features of the post-modern themes. The conclusion will give a brief overview of the full text, in order to summarize the focus of the paper and the conclusions.
