對(duì)《鐵人》和《女鐵人》救贖主題的解讀

【摘要】：英國(guó)桂冠詩(shī)人泰德·休斯(1948—1998)是當(dāng)代世界最著名影響最深遠(yuǎn)的詩(shī)人之一。他不僅創(chuàng)作出眾多意義豐富影響深遠(yuǎn)的詩(shī)歌,同時(shí)他還是一位豐產(chǎn)的兒童文學(xué)家,作品包括兒童詩(shī)集,戲劇,短篇故事集,小說(shuō),教育評(píng)論文章等等。其中影響最廣泛的是他的兩部系列幻想小說(shuō)《鐵人》和《女鐵人》。休斯運(yùn)用了豐富的想象和獨(dú)特的敘述手法給讀者們創(chuàng)造出了兩個(gè)不同尋常的形象——鐵人和女鐵人。 作為一名富有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的作家,休斯在這兩部小說(shuō)中引發(fā)了對(duì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的深刻思考。休斯認(rèn)為事實(shí)上人類一直生活在兩個(gè)世界里,即外部世界和內(nèi)部世界。很多情況下大多數(shù)人都只注意到了外部世界,而忽視了另一個(gè)世界——內(nèi)部世界。外部世界即人類所觀察到的客觀世界,而內(nèi)部世界卻是人類難以觀察,描述和理解的一個(gè)世界。內(nèi)部世界不是外部世界的一種延伸,事實(shí)上它是人類身體本能的所在地,是人類一切外部活動(dòng)的源泉與動(dòng)力。內(nèi)部世界和外部世界同等重要,二者相互依賴密不可分。需要指出的是,這里所說(shuō)的外部世界和內(nèi)部世界指的就是外在自然和內(nèi)在自然的含義。根據(jù)休斯對(duì)外部世界與內(nèi)部世界的定義以及二者之間的關(guān)系,本文試從外部世界與內(nèi)部世界兩個(gè)方面來(lái)探討《鐵人》和《女鐵人》救贖主題在文中的體現(xiàn)。 休斯在這兩部作品中將當(dāng)代社會(huì)中人類外部世界和內(nèi)部世界所遭到的不同程度破壞,如環(huán)境危機(jī),人類逐漸異化于自然,兩性關(guān)系出現(xiàn)裂痕等問(wèn)題淋漓盡致地呈現(xiàn)出來(lái),呼吁人類來(lái)重新審視自己的處境,并提出對(duì)人類外部世界和內(nèi)部世界的救贖辦法。休斯認(rèn)為只有當(dāng)人類尊重自然并且回歸自然才能避免異化于自然,從而達(dá)到人與自然和諧相處的目的,而且人類要意識(shí)到男性與女性之間是一種相互依存相互合作的平等關(guān)系。另一方面,人類應(yīng)該開始重視內(nèi)部世界,聽從內(nèi)心的呼喚,同時(shí)充分運(yùn)用想象力來(lái)豐富和完善人類內(nèi)部世界,只有這樣外部世界和內(nèi)部世界這兩者才可以有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)成為完整的一體,從而更加有利于人類的發(fā)展。 本文對(duì)《鐵人》和《女鐵人》救贖主題的解讀,旨在引起更多讀者對(duì)休斯的兒童作品的關(guān)注和了解,從而去真正理解休斯隱含在兒童故事里的深刻含義。
[Abstract]:Ted Hughes (1948-1998) is one of the most famous and far-reaching poets in the contemporary world. He not only produced a number of meaningful and far-reaching poetry, but also a productive children's literature, including children's poetry, drama, short stories, novels, educational commentary, and so on. Two of his fantasy novels, Iron Man and Iron Man, are most influential. Hughes uses rich imagination and unique narrative techniques to create two unusual images-Ironman and Ironman. As a writer with a sense of social responsibility, Hughes in the two novels triggered a profound reflection on the social reality. Hughes believes that in fact humans have been living in two worlds, the outer world and the inner world. In many cases, most people only notice the outside world and ignore the other world-the internal world. The external world is the objective world observed by human beings, while the inner world is a world which is difficult to be observed, described and understood by human beings. The inner world is not an extension of the external world. In fact, it is the seat of human body instinct and the source and motive force of all human external activities. The internal world is as important as the external world, and the two are inextricably dependent. It should be pointed out that the external world and the inner world mean the external nature and the inner nature. According to Hughes' definition of the outer world and the inner world and the relationship between them, this paper tries to discuss the reflection of the theme of "Iron Man" and "Iron Man" in the text from two aspects of the external world and the internal world. In these two works, Hughes exposed various degrees of damage to the outside and internal worlds of human beings in contemporary society, such as the environmental crisis, the gradual alienation of human beings from nature, the emergence of cracks in the relationship between the two sexes, and so on. Human beings are called upon to re-examine their situation and put forward redemption methods for the outside world and the internal world. Hughes believes that only when human beings respect nature and return to nature can they avoid alienation from nature, thus achieving the goal of harmony between man and nature, and human beings should realize that men and women are equal and interdependent and cooperate with each other. On the other hand, human beings should begin to attach importance to the inner world, listen to their inner calling, and make full use of their imagination to enrich and perfect the human inner world. Only in this way can the external world and the internal world be integrated into a whole, which is more conducive to the development of mankind. The purpose of this paper is to draw more readers' attention and understanding of Hughes' children's works so as to truly understand the profound meaning that Hughes implies in children's stories.
