【摘要】：托尼·莫里森(1931-)是當代美國最重要也是最有影響力的作家,1993年諾貝爾文學獎獲得者,也是首位獲此殊榮的黑人女作家。她一直注重黑人女性在多文化多種族的美國社會的身份。 莫里森作為一位具有人文關(guān)懷的女作家從其關(guān)注著第一部小說《最藍的眼睛》開始,就不斷地關(guān)注著處于社會弱勢邊緣地帶的黑人兒童,尤其是黑人小女孩的成長過程。在其新作《仁慈》中,莫里森再次講述了處于十九世紀六十年代的美國奴隸制度下的黑人小女孩的心理成長之路,并關(guān)注了黑人具有特殊性的美國社會中如何獲得和諧的生活。本文主要用馬克斯的成長理論來探索《仁慈》中小主人公的成長歷程。 首先,綜述了成長小說的起源、定義、特點及其敘事的結(jié)構(gòu),并據(jù)此分析了《仁慈》作為一部典型的成長小說,關(guān)注了黑人小女孩的心理成長歷程。 其次,主要分析了領(lǐng)路人在主人公成長過程中的作用及影響。領(lǐng)路人在主人公的成長中起著重要作用。積極的領(lǐng)路人幫助主人公在成長中獲得積極的認識,而消極的領(lǐng)路人在主人公的成長之路中起著妨礙作用。在《仁慈》中,由于小主人公生來就是一個奴隸的特殊身份,她沒有父愛和母愛的引導,只能在困惑中前行。積極的社區(qū)的領(lǐng)路人幫助弗洛倫斯去追求自己精神自由。在弗洛倫斯的旅途中出現(xiàn)的領(lǐng)路人在她遭遇困境是積極的出手幫助,并幫助她感受到自由并意識到她應當被當作一個正常的孩子來對待。 最后,主要關(guān)注的是小說中的頓悟。主人公的頓悟是成長小說中最重要的元素。弗洛倫斯由于其黑人奴隸身份產(chǎn)生的自卑感是她愛情失敗的原因也是她頓悟的起源。在被愛情拋棄后,弗洛倫斯獲得了對于自己生命和身份的頓悟。她選擇了用書寫的方式來釋放自己并促進了起女性意識的覺醒。 通過以上三章的分析得出結(jié)論,《仁慈》是一部典型的成長小說,探索了黑人女性在多文化多種族的美國社會的自我身份的認同和精神獨立的成長之路。
[Abstract]:Tony Morrison (1931 -) is the most important and influential writer in contemporary America. She has always focused on the identity of black women in a multi-cultural and multi-racial American society. As a woman writer with humanistic concern, Morrison has been paying close attention to the growing process of black children, especially black girls, who are on the edge of the society from the beginning of her attention to the first novel, the Bluest eyes. In his new book, Mercy, Morrison recounts the psychological growth of young black girls under American slavery in the 1860s, and focuses on how to achieve a harmonious life in the black society with its particularity. This paper mainly uses Max's growth theory to explore the growth process of the middle and small protagonists. Firstly, it summarizes the origin, definition, characteristics and narrative structure of the growth novel, and then analyzes the psychological growth process of the little black girl as a typical growth novel. Secondly, it mainly analyzes the role and influence of the leader in the process of the protagonist's growth. The guide plays an important role in the growth of the protagonist. A positive guide helps the protagonist gain a positive understanding in his growth, while a negative one acts as a hindrance to the protagonist's growth. In Benevolence, because the young hero is born as a slave, she has no fatherly and maternal love to guide her, she can only go forward in confusion. Active community leaders help Florence pursue her spiritual freedom. The leader who appeared on Florence's journey was a positive help when she was in trouble and helped her feel free and realize that she should be treated as a normal child. Finally, the main concern is the epiphany in the novel. The hero's epiphany is the most important element in the growth novel. Florence's inferiority complex due to her black slave status is the cause of her love failure and the origin of her epiphany. After being abandoned by love, Florence acquired an epiphany about her life and identity. She chose to write to release herself and promote the awakening of female consciousness. From the analysis of the above three chapters, it is concluded that Benevolence is a typical growth novel, which explores the self-identity and spiritual independence of black women in a multi-cultural and multi-racial American society.
