【摘要】：弗里德里�！さ蟼愸R特是瑞士著名的德語作家、劇作家。他的劇作《物理學(xué)家》享譽(yù)世界文壇，也為他贏得了國(guó)際性的聲譽(yù)與文壇地位。但該劇出人意料的結(jié)局，卻讓我們不得不質(zhì)疑該劇正面意義。要為該劇結(jié)局的正當(dāng)性辯護(hù)，我們必須回答以下兩個(gè)問題：1.該劇的悲劇結(jié)尾是否體現(xiàn)了作者負(fù)面的正義觀？2.在該部作品中偶然性的巨大作用，是否體現(xiàn)了作者虛無主義的傾向？為了回答這兩個(gè)問題，我們首先研究了迪倫馬特的一篇題名為“關(guān)于正義與法律的瘋狂演講”的論文。因?yàn)樵谶@篇論文中，作者對(duì)于正義與公平這一問題的看法，可以說得到了集中的體現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)該文的分析，，我們的第一個(gè)問題有了答案：迪倫馬特的正義在于世界善惡最原初的平衡�！段锢韺W(xué)家》中的主人公，不論他的動(dòng)機(jī)是否正義，他殺了人，破壞了平衡，妨礙了世界的公平，他的行為必須得到糾治，所以他失敗了。他的失敗，不是正義的失敗，而是正義的勝利。而在對(duì)第一個(gè)問題的解答中也找到了第二個(gè)問題的答案：迪倫馬特作品中的偶然性并不代表著虛無主義的傾向，它同樣是一種必然性的體現(xiàn)，只是這種必然性超越了人們的認(rèn)識(shí)，是一種近于神明的力量。為了檢驗(yàn)我們的觀點(diǎn)是否正確，本文將對(duì)迪倫馬特的偵探作品進(jìn)行分析。之所以選取他的偵探作品，因?yàn)閷?duì)于正義與偶然的討論正是他這類作品的重要主題之一。通過分析我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，迪倫馬特偵探作品中的世界雖然顯得混亂無序，但在這無序中，罪犯最終都難逃懲罰，而且這種懲罰通過偶然性因素的干預(yù)而實(shí)現(xiàn)的，就好像有一種絕對(duì)的正義統(tǒng)治這個(gè)世界。而這也正好驗(yàn)證了我們所提出的關(guān)于迪倫馬特正義觀的論點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Friedrich Durrenmatt is a famous Swiss German writer and playwright. His play physicist is famous in the world and has won him international reputation and status in the literary world. But the unexpected end of the play, but we have to question the positive significance of the play. To justify the end of the play, we must answer two questions: 1. Does the tragic end of the play reflect the author's negative view of justice? Does the great role of chance in this work reflect the nihilism of the author? To answer these questions, we first studied a paper by Durrenmatt entitled "Crazy speech on Justice and Law". Because in this paper, the author's views on justice and fairness can be said to be concentrated. By analyzing the article, our first question is answered: Durrenmatt's justice lies in the world's most primordial balance of good and evil. The protagonist in "physicist", whether his motives are just or not, he kills people and destroys the balance. He failed because his actions had to be rectified because they hindered the fairness of the world. His failure was not a defeat of justice, but a triumph of justice. In the answer to the first question, the answer to the second question is found: the chance in Durrenmatt's works does not represent the nihilism tendency, it is also the embodiment of necessity. But this inevitability is beyond the understanding of people, is a near-divine power. In order to verify the correctness of our point of view, this paper will analyze Durrenmatt's detective works. His detective works are chosen because the discussion of justice and chance is one of the important themes of his works. Through analysis, we find that although the world in Durrenmatt's detective works appears to be chaotic and disordered, in this disorder, the criminal can not escape punishment, and this punishment is realized through the intervention of accidental factors. It is as if there is an absolute right to rule the world. And this also confirms our argument about Durrenmatt's view of justice.
