【摘要】：菲茨杰拉德是美國(guó)最重要的作家之一。他稱美國(guó)的20世紀(jì)20年代為爵士時(shí)代�！斑@是一個(gè)充滿奇跡的時(shí)代,一個(gè)藝術(shù)的時(shí)代,一個(gè)充滿嘲諷的時(shí)代”。人們聽(tīng)爵士樂(lè),閱讀流行小說(shuō),酗酒,提倡性自由。他們陶醉于如此放蕩的生活而不能自拔。菲茨杰拉德在《夜色溫柔》中,描述了人們爵士時(shí)代的生活。在菲茨杰拉德死后,《夜色溫柔》受到了前所未有的好評(píng)。 很多學(xué)者從結(jié)構(gòu)主義,解構(gòu)主義,女性主義,社會(huì)心理學(xué),神話原型批評(píng)等各種各樣的文學(xué)評(píng)論角度研究這部小說(shuō)。但是尚未有人嘗試從新馬克思主義的角度出發(fā)。這也正是這篇論文的創(chuàng)新之處。通過(guò)盧卡奇的理論支持,即,文學(xué)作品不僅僅是對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的能動(dòng)的反映,也是對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的批判,以及盧卡奇對(duì)資本主義商品化的批判和對(duì)社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)重要性的分析,這篇論文揭示了小說(shuō)的主題—商品化和美國(guó)夢(mèng)的幻滅。從而指出,二十世紀(jì)二三十年代的美國(guó)是一個(gè)商品化,金錢至上的社會(huì)。下層階級(jí)在追求他們美國(guó)夢(mèng)的過(guò)程中,不斷地迷失于人與人之間商品化的關(guān)系之中。他們犧牲了自己的愛(ài)情,夢(mèng)想,還有事業(yè),去換取作為上層社會(huì)標(biāo)志的金錢,名望和社會(huì)地位。這是一種不等價(jià)的交換,因而它是一種不合理的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。所以,在當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)條件下,追求美國(guó)夢(mèng)是注定要失敗的。 這篇論文總共包括5部分。 第一部分介紹了菲茨杰拉德的生平以及他主要著作的簡(jiǎn)介。 第二部分介紹了這部小說(shuō)在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外的研究情況以及這篇論文的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 第三部分介紹了新馬克思主義的基本概念和理論體系以及盧卡奇關(guān)于文學(xué)的理論觀點(diǎn)。 第四部分從新馬克思主義的角度出發(fā),揭示了這部小說(shuō)的主題：人與人之間關(guān)系的商品化以及美國(guó)夢(mèng)的幻滅。 第五部分簡(jiǎn)單分析了商品化和美國(guó)夢(mèng)之間的關(guān)系。從等價(jià)交換的角度出發(fā),指出在二三十年代的美國(guó),追求美國(guó)夢(mèng)是注定要失敗的。
[Abstract]:Fitzgerald is one of the most important American writer. He said the United States in 1920s for the jazz age. "This is a miracle of the era, an era of art, an age of satire." people listen to jazz, reading novels, alcoholism, advocating freedom. They revel in such a dissolute life and Fitzgerald in "inextricably bogged down in tender is the night", describes the jazz age life. After the death of Fitzgerald, "tender is the night is hitherto unknown praise."
Many scholars from structuralism, deconstructionism, feminism, social psychology, study of myth and archetypal criticism and other kinds of literary criticism angle of the novel. But no one tries from the new perspective of Marx. This is the innovation of this thesis. Through the support of Lukacs's theory, literary works not only is the reality of the initiative, but also criticism of the reality, and the criticism of Lukacs on capitalism and commercialization of social ideology on the importance of the analysis, this thesis reveals the theme of the novel, commercialization and disillusion of American dream. It is pointed out that in twentieth Century 20s and 30s, the United States is a commodity, money the lower class society. In the pursuit of their American dream, constantly lost in the relationship between people and commercialization. They sacrificed their love, dream There is also a career to exchange for money, fame and social status as a symbol of the upper class. This is an unequivalent exchange, so it is an irrational social phenomenon. So at that time, the pursuit of the American dream is doomed to fail.
This paper consists of 5 parts.
The first part introduces the life of Fitzgerald and the brief introduction of his main works.
The second part introduces the research situation of the novel both at home and abroad and the research value of this paper.
The third part introduces the theories of literature in the new Marx's basic concept and theory of system and Lukacs.
The fourth part, from the perspective of the new Marx doctrine, reveals the theme of the novel: the commercialization of the relationship between people and the disillusionment of the American dream.
The fifth part briefly analyzes the relationship between commercialization and the American dream. From the perspective of equivalent exchange, it points out that in the 20s and 30s, the pursuit of the American dream is doomed to failure.
