【摘要】：.被譽(yù)為“加拿大文學(xué)女皇”的著名作家瑪格麗特·阿特伍德于1996年發(fā)表了其第九部長(zhǎng)篇小說《別名格雷斯》。該書莆一出版就獲得了各界好評(píng)�？p制百衲被是當(dāng)時(shí)北美女性獨(dú)有的一種活動(dòng),而小說中的女主人公格雷斯恰是縫制百衲被的能手,她在縫制百衲被的過程中向精神病醫(yī)生西蒙·喬丹講述自己的經(jīng)歷。 本文試圖從形式與內(nèi)容兩方面來探究百衲被縫制藝術(shù)在《別名格雷斯》中的作用與內(nèi)涵。從小說的框架來看,阿特伍德創(chuàng)作《別名格雷斯》很像縫制百衲被。小說的章節(jié)標(biāo)題到引用的歷史文件再到敘述主體,構(gòu)成了猶如百衲被似的空間框架。本文通過對(duì)章節(jié)組成部分安排的分析,認(rèn)為,這樣的放置使各組成部分構(gòu)成對(duì)話,但這些對(duì)話并非和諧共存,從而起到了質(zhì)疑史料真實(shí)性的作用。從小說的內(nèi)容來看,小說的主體部分以格雷斯的第一人稱敘述為主并穿插作者的第三人稱敘述。格雷斯在縫制百衲被的過程中對(duì)歷史權(quán)威話語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了間接的反駁；本文通過對(duì)這些反駁話語(yǔ)的分析,揭示,《別名格雷斯》具有解構(gòu)權(quán)威話語(yǔ)的顛覆力量。另外,格雷斯在回顧時(shí)主要講述了自己以及身邊女性的故事,本文通過分析對(duì)她產(chǎn)生過重大影響的兩位女性的不幸遭遇以及格雷斯在小說的最后將她們?nèi)说囊挛锲粗瞥砂亳谋坏募?xì)節(jié),發(fā)掘小說試圖通過格雷斯暗示女性應(yīng)該團(tuán)結(jié)起來共同抵御父權(quán)社會(huì)給女性帶來的痛苦這一內(nèi)涵。此外,通過分析百衲被縫制藝術(shù)可能具有的隱含意義,本文還試圖說明,即便是第一人稱敘述,也不一定可靠,文本的真實(shí)性也和其他文本一樣會(huì)受到質(zhì)疑。在小說的結(jié)尾,阿特伍德未給出確切答案,而是留給讀者自己闡釋文本的空間,讓讀者自己分析格雷斯是否有罪。
[Abstract]:Known as "the Queen of Canadian Literature" In 1996, Margaret Atwood, a famous writer, published her 9th novel, also known as Grace, which was highly acclaimed as soon as it was published. Sewing quilts was unique to women in North America at that time. Kind of activity. Grace, the heroine of the novel, is an expert at sewing quilts, telling psychiatrist Simon Jordan about her experiences. This paper attempts to explore the role and connotation of quilted quilted art in "alias Grace" from the aspects of form and content, and from the perspective of the frame of the novel. Atwood's creation of "the alias Grace" is like sewing quilts. The title of the chapter of the novel goes from the title of the chapter to the historical document cited to the main body of the narration. This paper, through the analysis of the arrangement of chapter components, thinks that such placement makes each component form a dialogue, but these dialogues do not coexist harmoniously. Thus it has the function of questioning the authenticity of historical data. From the content of the novel. The main body of the novel is the first person narration of Grace and the third person narration of the author. In the process of sewing quilt, Grace indirectly refutes the discourse of historical authority. Through the analysis of these rebuttal words, this paper reveals that "alias Grace" has the subversive power of deconstructing authoritative discourse. In addition, in retrospect, Grace mainly tells the story of himself and the women around him. This paper analyzes the unfortunate experiences of the two women who have had a great impact on her and the details of Grace making the quilts of the three of them into quilts at the end of the novel. Explore the novel through Grace implied that women should unite to resist the patriarchal society to the pain of this connotation. In addition, through the analysis of patchwork sewing art may have hidden significance. It also attempts to show that even first-person narratives are not necessarily reliable and that the authenticity of the text is questioned as much as any other text. Atwood does not give an exact answer at the end of the novel. Instead, it leaves the reader room to interpret the text and let the reader analyze whether Grace is guilty or not.
