【摘要】：莎士比亞是英國(guó)文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期偉大的詩(shī)人以及劇作家，作為文學(xué)巨匠，在人類思想史和文化史上的豐厚財(cái)產(chǎn)為世界留下深刻印跡，其成就不僅體現(xiàn)在其創(chuàng)造的幾十部喜劇以及十四行詩(shī)，其對(duì)法律事業(yè)以及法律語(yǔ)言的影響亦隨著法律與文學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展而逐漸被現(xiàn)時(shí)學(xué)者們的重視。為此，本文旨在從法律術(shù)語(yǔ)的使用以及法律理念在莎士比亞作品中的展現(xiàn)兩方面，探尋莎士比亞的法律人身份。本文梳理了學(xué)者們對(duì)于莎士比亞與法律的研究成果，對(duì)莎翁諸多作品中有關(guān)法律及法律語(yǔ)言（特別是法律用語(yǔ)）進(jìn)行了量化分析和研究，進(jìn)而提出莎翁作為法律人的觀點(diǎn)，以期進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)法律與文學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)在中國(guó)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Shakespeare is a great English Renaissance poet and playwright, as a literary giant, huge property in the history of human thought and culture in the history of the world has left a deep imprint, the achievement is not only reflected in the creation of dozens of comedy and sonnets, his legal career and influence of the legal language is with the development of law and literature movement gradually by the attention of scholars at present. To this end, the purpose of this article is to explore the identity of Shakespeare's legal person from two aspects of the use of legal terms and the two aspects of the representation of legal ideas in the works of Shakespeare. This paper reviews the research achievements of scholars for Shakespeare and the law of Savon, many works related laws and legal language (especially law) carried out a quantitative analysis and research, and put forward Savon as a legal person's point of view, in order to further promote the development of the law and literature movement in the Chinese.
