【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)比、分析我國(guó)目前地震經(jīng)濟(jì)損失評(píng)估中存在的一些問(wèn)題,提出了城市房屋計(jì)及裝修費(fèi)用的地震損失評(píng)估方法。通過(guò)汶川地震現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查、收集造價(jià)資料和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式給出了幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的合理取值,如:裝修破壞損失比、中高檔裝修重置單價(jià)、中高檔裝修房屋在不同發(fā)達(dá)水平城市中所占比例及修正系數(shù)等。利用本文方法對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古包頭西6.4級(jí)地震、汶川8.0級(jí)地震及深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)的房屋建筑地震損失進(jìn)行了評(píng)估和預(yù)測(cè),并與實(shí)際統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明考慮裝修費(fèi)用損失后的損失評(píng)估結(jié)果增加了10%~30%。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparison, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the assessment of earthquake economic loss in China, and puts forward the seismic loss assessment method of urban housing taking into account the cost of decoration. Through the field investigation of Wenchuan earthquake, the reasonable values of several key parameters are given by collecting the cost data and the form of questionnaire survey, such as the damage loss ratio of decoration, the replacement unit price of middle and high grade decoration, the proportion and correction coefficient of middle and high grade decoration houses in different developed cities, and so on. The earthquake losses of Baotou West 6.4 earthquake, Wenchuan M _ S8 earthquake and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone are evaluated and predicted by using this method, and the results are compared with the actual statistical results.
