【摘要】：分析進(jìn)口紙樣的纖維形態(tài)、組成及配比;測定紙樣各項物理性能指標(biāo);探討鮮花裝飾紙的生產(chǎn)工藝。結(jié)果表明:鮮花裝飾紙最佳工藝條件為:打漿度為針葉木漿64°SR,麥草漿53°SR,纖維配比70∶30;花瓣的選擇以顏色鮮艷、花瓣面積不超過1cm2的風(fēng)干花瓣較好,花瓣用量8%,漿料上網(wǎng)濃度0.70%;陽離子淀粉用量1.5%,其加入方式為花瓣置于陽離子淀粉中處理后再與紙漿混合,與漿料混合作用時間為10min。鮮花裝飾紙抗張指數(shù)55.85N·m·g-1,撕裂指數(shù)8.36mN·m2·g-1,耐破指數(shù)267.8kPa·m2·g-1,耐折度221次�；具_(dá)到了進(jìn)口紙樣水平。
