【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)人造板基材和貼面材料(薄木)的含水率調(diào)整處理、完全去除基材表面的致密硬化層、熱壓過(guò)程參數(shù)控制及熱壓后貼面裝飾板的養(yǎng)護(hù)等工藝技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,以改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)薄木貼面的生產(chǎn)工藝。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新后的人造板基材貼薄木飾面板件的尺寸偏差小,翹曲變形≤1%,貼面裝飾板的浸漬剝離長(zhǎng)度為20 mm,表面膠合強(qiáng)度0.5 MPa,貼面質(zhì)量得到保證,貼面板件的理化性能更加優(yōu)異,產(chǎn)品合格率提高60%以上。
