【摘要】：目的探討裝飾板加工工人腰背痛發(fā)病情況與工人勞動(dòng)操作中不良生產(chǎn)條件的關(guān)系。方法采用作業(yè)場所工效學(xué)分析和問卷調(diào)查方法對某裝飾板加工企業(yè)進(jìn)行了不良工效學(xué)因素和工人腰背痛癥狀的調(diào)查。結(jié)果裝飾板加工工人存在的不良工效學(xué)因素主要有操作臺面較低、工作姿勢和動(dòng)作不良、勞動(dòng)時(shí)間過長等。選板、貼面和修補(bǔ)工種工人腰背痛主訴分別為72.2%、56.8%和100.0%,且與工人操作臺面高低和彎腰持續(xù)的時(shí)間長短、彎腰的頻率和幅度大小有關(guān)。結(jié)論操作臺面過低,工人彎腰時(shí)間較長與腰背痛高發(fā)有一定關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the incidence of low back pain and poor working conditions of workers. Methods by means of workplace ergonomics analysis and questionnaire survey, the factors of bad ergonomics and the symptoms of low back pain of workers were investigated in a decorative panel processing enterprise. Results the main bad ergonomics factors of decorative panel workers were low operating table, poor working posture and movement, long working hours and so on. The main complaints of low back pain were 72.2% and 100.0%, respectively, which were related to the level of table, the duration of bending, the frequency and amplitude of bending. Conclusion low operating table and long bending time are related to the high incidence of low back pain.
