中鐵建工裝飾公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中鐵建工集團(tuán)裝飾公司是一家以建筑裝飾裝修工程為主的企業(yè)。中鐵建工裝飾公司在市場(chǎng)環(huán)境急速變化的今天,既有難得的機(jī)遇,也面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。公司以實(shí)現(xiàn)“繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模;提升安全、管理能力,向更輝煌的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)”作為新征程的目標(biāo)。中鐵建工集團(tuán)裝飾公司想要把握大局,持續(xù)發(fā)展就需要制定一個(gè)既適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)要求又符合企業(yè)實(shí)際的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。基于此,本文提出了中鐵建工裝飾公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究問題。 本論文所研究的思路就是:調(diào)查研究、提出問題、分析問題、解決問題,使用的方式是將理論和實(shí)踐以及定量和定性有效結(jié)合在一起的實(shí)證分析方法,將邁克爾·波特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論作為重要根據(jù),經(jīng)過分析行業(yè)生命周期和PEST環(huán)境以及“五力模型”行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素,從而掃描了企業(yè)處于的行業(yè)與宏觀外部環(huán)境,將威脅與機(jī)會(huì)找出來;由分析企業(yè)內(nèi)部條件從而找尋出優(yōu)劣勢(shì);由分析SWOT戰(zhàn)略,總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和基本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。本文對(duì)建筑裝飾行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行了分析,引入戰(zhàn)略管理概念對(duì)中鐵建工裝飾公司的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入分析,包括宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境的分析,重點(diǎn)探討了建筑裝飾行業(yè)的前景問題;進(jìn)而剖析了中鐵建工裝飾公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,產(chǎn)品及業(yè)務(wù)組合,資產(chǎn)及財(cái)務(wù)、人力資源狀況,在建筑裝飾業(yè)的主要細(xì)分市場(chǎng)及相關(guān)多元領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行SWOT分析,找出企業(yè)的核心優(yōu)勢(shì)和可利用的資源。 本文以中鐵建工裝飾公司為研究對(duì)象,在討論國(guó)有建筑裝飾企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略模式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中鐵建工裝飾公司的內(nèi)外部分析,制定了企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與管理體系,以轉(zhuǎn)變觀念和將機(jī)關(guān)的思維方式進(jìn)行規(guī)范,著重對(duì)工程質(zhì)量的管理作了強(qiáng)調(diào),始終堅(jiān)持抓安全管理,從而制定和公司實(shí)際相符合的人力資源管理體系,思路、原則、方式以及目標(biāo),制定和公司財(cái)務(wù)管理特征相適應(yīng)的管理方法,加強(qiáng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)向性的企業(yè)管理模式體系,強(qiáng)化執(zhí)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的建設(shè)方案。
[Abstract]:China Railway Construction Group Decoration Co., Ltd. is a building decoration and decoration engineering-based enterprises. China Railway Construction and Decoration Company in the rapid changes in the market environment today, both rare opportunities, but also facing severe challenges. To achieve "continue to expand the scale of business; improve safety, management capabilities, to a more brilliant goal" as the new goal. In order to grasp the overall situation, the sustainable development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group needs to formulate a development strategy that not only meets the requirements of the market but also accords with the actual situation of the enterprise. Based on this, this paper puts forward the development strategy research of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company. The idea of this paper is to investigate and study, put forward problems, analyze problems, solve problems, and use empirical analysis methods that combine theory and practice, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis. Taking Michael Porter's theory of competition strategy as an important basis, after analyzing the industry life cycle, PEST environment and the "five forces model" industry competition elements, the paper scans the industry and macro external environment in which the enterprise is in. Identify threats and opportunities; By analyzing the internal conditions of the enterprise to find out the advantages and disadvantages, by analyzing the SWOT strategy, the overall development strategy and the basic competition strategy. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of architectural decoration industry, and introduces the concept of strategic management to deeply analyze the external environment of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, including the macro environment and the industry environment. The prospect of architectural decoration industry is discussed in detail. Then it analyzes the internal environment, product and business combination, assets and finance, human resources of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, and carries out SWOT analysis in the main market segments and related multiple fields of architectural decoration industry. Find out the core advantages of the enterprise and available resources. On the basis of discussing the strategic model of state-owned building decoration enterprises and combining with the internal and external analysis of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, this paper makes the development strategy and management system of the enterprises, taking the China Railway Construction and Decoration Company as the research object. By changing the concept and standardizing the mode of thinking of the organization, the emphasis is placed on the management of the engineering quality, and the safety management is always adhered to so as to formulate the human resources management system, ideas and principles that are in line with the company's actual situation. The methods and objectives of the management should be formulated to suit the characteristics of the financial management of the company, the enterprise management mode system should be strengthened, and the construction scheme of implementing the development strategy should be strengthened.
