裝飾布企業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:推進(jìn)信息化工程,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管控一體化是現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢。車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的核心,起著承上啟下的關(guān)鍵作用。由于加工系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性和多樣性,目前還沒有一種通用、全面的方法解決各種生產(chǎn)方式的優(yōu)化調(diào)度問題。故此,需要對不同的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)分別進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)度研究。 本文基于S95標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在對裝飾布企業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)主要調(diào)度信息的分析、整理和歸類的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了其信息流程:為便于信息在網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間或不同的計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)之間進(jìn)行交換和處理,采用XML語言對其信息流程進(jìn)行了描述,這為企業(yè)信息共享提供了技術(shù)支持。 在分析裝飾布企業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,針對裝飾布的生產(chǎn)方式及工藝特點(diǎn),提出分階段研究裝飾布企業(yè)的車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度:在第一階段,采用n人合作對策,結(jié)合夏普利值法,對第一道工序織造的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)進(jìn)行分配,得到生產(chǎn)任務(wù)數(shù),為后序階段的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度研究做準(zhǔn)備;在第二階段,也就是裝飾布生產(chǎn)的后序階段,將其歸為混合流程作業(yè)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行研究,具體步驟為首先對其調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,然后采用矩陣編碼方式,以最小生產(chǎn)時間作為目標(biāo)函數(shù),進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的遺傳算法設(shè)計。 以某裝飾布企業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度為例,借助于Matlab工具,,對上述生產(chǎn)調(diào)度研究成果進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗證;驗證結(jié)果表明,生產(chǎn)調(diào)度結(jié)果良好,具有良好的收斂性。
[Abstract]:The development trend of modern manufacturing industry is to promote information engineering and realize the integration of enterprise management and control. Workshop production scheduling is the core of enterprise production management and plays a key role in connecting the preceding and the following. Due to the complexity and diversity of processing systems, there is no universal and comprehensive method to solve the problem of optimal scheduling of various production modes. Therefore, it is necessary to study the optimal scheduling of different production systems. Based on S95 standard, based on the analysis, arrangement and classification of the main scheduling information in the workshop of decorative cloth enterprises, this paper constructs its information flow: in order to facilitate the exchange and processing of information between networks or different computer systems, XML language is used to describe the information flow, which provides technical support for enterprise information sharing. On the basis of analyzing the production mode of decorative cloth enterprises, aiming at the production mode and technological characteristics of decorative cloth, this paper puts forward the research on workshop production scheduling of decorative cloth enterprises in stages: in the first stage, the cooperative countermeasures of n people are adopted, combined with the Sharpley value method, Assign the production tasks of the first process weaving, get the number of production tasks, and prepare for the research of production scheduling in the later stage; in the second stage, that is, the latter stage of the production of decorative cloth, It is classified as a hybrid process job scheduling problem. Firstly, the scheduling problem is modeled mathematically, then the minimum production time is taken as the objective function and the detailed genetic algorithm is designed by using matrix coding method. Taking the workshop scheduling of a decorative cloth enterprise as an example, the research results of production scheduling mentioned above are verified with the help of Matlab tools, and the results show that the scheduling results are good and convergent.
