裝飾布企業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The development trend of modern manufacturing industry is to promote information engineering and realize the integration of enterprise management and control. Workshop production scheduling is the core of enterprise production management and plays a key role in connecting the preceding and the following. Due to the complexity and diversity of processing systems, there is no universal and comprehensive method to solve the problem of optimal scheduling of various production modes. Therefore, it is necessary to study the optimal scheduling of different production systems. Based on S95 standard, based on the analysis, arrangement and classification of the main scheduling information in the workshop of decorative cloth enterprises, this paper constructs its information flow: in order to facilitate the exchange and processing of information between networks or different computer systems, XML language is used to describe the information flow, which provides technical support for enterprise information sharing. On the basis of analyzing the production mode of decorative cloth enterprises, aiming at the production mode and technological characteristics of decorative cloth, this paper puts forward the research on workshop production scheduling of decorative cloth enterprises in stages: in the first stage, the cooperative countermeasures of n people are adopted, combined with the Sharpley value method, Assign the production tasks of the first process weaving, get the number of production tasks, and prepare for the research of production scheduling in the later stage; in the second stage, that is, the latter stage of the production of decorative cloth, It is classified as a hybrid process job scheduling problem. Firstly, the scheduling problem is modeled mathematically, then the minimum production time is taken as the objective function and the detailed genetic algorithm is designed by using matrix coding method. Taking the workshop scheduling of a decorative cloth enterprise as an example, the research results of production scheduling mentioned above are verified with the help of Matlab tools, and the results show that the scheduling results are good and convergent.
