【摘要】：本文在建筑裝飾行業(yè)快速發(fā)展、能源問題凸顯和住宅裝修節(jié)能環(huán)保趨勢的背景下,以推行住宅全裝修作為節(jié)能型裝修的突破口,從住宅全裝修的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)出發(fā),立足現(xiàn)狀,通過對比分析國內(nèi)外裝飾裝修行業(yè)發(fā)展,特別是在住宅全裝修方面的發(fā)展,并著重對當(dāng)前住宅全裝修市場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀從消費(fèi)者角度、開發(fā)商角度和行業(yè)發(fā)展角度進(jìn)行剖析,歸納總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段住宅全裝修發(fā)展的不足和存在的一些較為突出的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了住宅全裝修發(fā)展的對策和措施,包括應(yīng)對質(zhì)量、價(jià)格、市場機(jī)制體制等各方面和各市場主體應(yīng)對策略。本文相關(guān)措施對政府制定相關(guān)政策有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和操作性；對開發(fā)商、裝飾裝修公司等相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)施全裝修有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of architectural decoration industry, the energy problem and the trend of energy saving and environmental protection in residential decoration, this paper takes the full decoration of housing as the breakthrough point of energy-saving decoration, starting from the relevant theoretical knowledge of the complete decoration of housing, and based on the present situation. Through comparative analysis of the development of decoration and decoration industry at home and abroad, especially the development of residential decoration, and focusing on the current situation of residential decoration market from the perspective of consumers, developers and industry development perspective, This paper sums up the deficiency and some outstanding problems in the development of complete decoration of housing at this stage. On this basis, it discusses the countermeasures and measures for the development of full decoration of housing, including the quality, price, etc. Market mechanism system and other aspects and the main market response strategy. The relevant measures in this paper have certain practical significance and maneuverability for the government to formulate relevant policies, and have certain guiding significance for developers, decoration and decoration companies and other related enterprises to implement full decoration.
