【摘要】：近年來，伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，文化設(shè)施的建設(shè)也在各大城市中如火如荼的展開，許許多多風(fēng)格迥異，造型獨(dú)特的建筑品涌現(xiàn)在世人眼前，讓現(xiàn)代化的城市充滿藝術(shù)的氣息。在這些文化地標(biāo)的興建過程中，裝飾工程起到了至關(guān)重要的作用，它給人以視覺的沖擊，加深了人民對城市的印象。但是，我們必須承認(rèn)，裝飾行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題也越來越突出，已經(jīng)引起了各界的廣泛關(guān)注。一方面是由于國內(nèi)裝飾公司以小企業(yè)居多，行業(yè)離散度高，存在惡性競爭的局面，行業(yè)內(nèi)缺乏一個統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，導(dǎo)致工程施工質(zhì)量層次不一，另一方面是因?yàn)闀r代賦予了質(zhì)量更為全面的內(nèi)涵，過去單一的質(zhì)量要求難以滿足人民的追求。因此，大力提高裝飾工程質(zhì)量已成為地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商、建筑承包商以及裝飾裝修公司生存壯大的首要條件。 本文以青島大劇院裝飾工程項(xiàng)目作為研究背景。首先闡述了論文的研究背景、研究目的及意義，指出了裝飾工程質(zhì)量控制的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；接著闡述了裝飾工程質(zhì)量控制的基本概念、基本原理、基本方法、發(fā)展歷程等；然后結(jié)合我國裝飾工程的施工現(xiàn)狀，指出了目前裝飾工程存在的問題并加以分析，從不同方面闡述了裝飾工程質(zhì)量的影響因素；針對上述裝飾工程存在的問題，本文在查閱大量資料及結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從項(xiàng)目前期籌備階段、項(xiàng)目施工階段、項(xiàng)目后期維護(hù)階段三大方面建立了集成化裝飾工程質(zhì)量控制體系，對裝飾工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行集成、系統(tǒng)、全面、全過程的控制；最后以青島大劇院項(xiàng)目裝飾工程實(shí)施為例，從生態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)性、環(huán)保性、地理區(qū)位等方面對工程質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)充，對項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量控制舉措加以分析，證明了集成化質(zhì)量控制體系的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性，，同時，該質(zhì)量控制體系對于創(chuàng)建精品工程具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the construction of cultural facilities is also in full swing in major cities, many different styles and unique architectural products emerge in front of the world. Let the modern city be filled with the atmosphere of art. In the process of constructing these cultural landmarks, decoration works play a vital role, which gives people a visual impact and deepens the impression of the people on the city. However, we must admit that the quality problems in the decoration industry are becoming more and more prominent, which has caused widespread concern from all walks of life. On the one hand, the majority of domestic decoration companies are small enterprises, with high industry dispersion, vicious competition and the lack of a unified standard in the industry, resulting in different levels of construction quality. On the other hand, because the times endow the quality with more comprehensive connotation, it is difficult to satisfy the people's pursuit by the single quality requirement in the past. Therefore, improving the quality of decoration engineering has become the first condition for real estate developers, construction contractors and decoration companies to survive and grow. This paper takes the decoration project of Qingdao Grand Theater as the research background. Firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of the thesis are expounded, and the present research situation of the quality control of decorative engineering is pointed out, and then the basic concept, basic principle, basic method, development course and so on of the quality control of decoration engineering are expounded. Then combined with the construction situation of the decoration engineering in our country, this paper points out the problems existing in the decoration engineering at present and analyzes the factors affecting the quality of the decoration engineering from different aspects, aiming at the problems existing in the above decoration engineering. On the basis of consulting a large amount of data and combining with one's own work experience, this paper establishes an integrated decorative engineering quality control system from three aspects: the preparatory stage of the project, the construction stage of the project and the maintenance stage of the late stage of the project. Integrated, systematic, comprehensive and whole process control of the decoration project. Finally, taking the implementation of the decoration project of Qingdao Grand Theater as an example, the connotation of engineering quality is expanded from the aspects of ecological coordination, environmental protection, geographical location, etc. Through the analysis of various quality control measures in the process of project implementation, it is proved that the integrated quality control system is scientific and practical. At the same time, the quality control system has a certain reference and guiding significance for the establishment of quality engineering.
