傳統(tǒng)木作手藝與現(xiàn)代器具的共生設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:通過對(duì)眾多傳統(tǒng)手工藝進(jìn)行觀察后得出手工藝要想與時(shí)代保持穩(wěn)步前進(jìn),必須尋求全新發(fā)展方式,即轉(zhuǎn)型現(xiàn)代工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、與現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)作達(dá)到平衡狀態(tài)。其中傳統(tǒng)木作手藝無(wú)論是在造物思維還是造物方式上都極具傳統(tǒng)手工藝代表性。首先木作手藝具有久遠(yuǎn)的歷史并延續(xù)至今,其次木作手藝涵蓋了多種制作形式且貼近生產(chǎn)生活,再者木作取材完全來(lái)源自然符合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)訴求,而傳統(tǒng)形式所制作出來(lái)的器物卻因?yàn)橥庑螁我豢贪鍏s面臨淘汰,因此急需尋求轉(zhuǎn)型道路。而在繁多的現(xiàn)代工業(yè)產(chǎn)品中,生活器具與人接觸最為密切也最能反映人們生活喜好和生活常態(tài),尤其體現(xiàn)在生活工作中放置于臺(tái)面使用或裝飾的小型木藝制品,不僅自然環(huán)保更能體現(xiàn)使用者的獨(dú)特品味。但是經(jīng)過工廠的批量制作和生產(chǎn),一方面破壞了木本身的材質(zhì)屬性,另一方面喪失了現(xiàn)代人所追求的個(gè)性產(chǎn)品,因此需要注入精神內(nèi)涵的同時(shí)還需回首傳統(tǒng)的造物理念。根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)木作手藝與現(xiàn)代木制生活器具存在著的需求與不足,而相互需要的同時(shí)又存在一定的矛盾關(guān)系,正是兩者共生的契機(jī),繼而引出“共生思想”。共生正是在這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和緊張的關(guān)系中建立起的一種賦有創(chuàng)造性的關(guān)系,同時(shí)又相互給予對(duì)方必要的理解和肯定。通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)木作手藝和現(xiàn)代器具各方面的特征分析,歸納出傳統(tǒng)木作手藝中的用材方式、使用工具、制作技法都與現(xiàn)代木制生活器具存在可行的共生關(guān)系。最后選取現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中筵席了傳統(tǒng)手藝精神和傳統(tǒng)木作形式的器具設(shè)計(jì)案例加以分析,并設(shè)計(jì)了一組名為“幾·盒”的現(xiàn)代多功能器具,完成了傳統(tǒng)木作與現(xiàn)代器具的共生設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證了傳統(tǒng)手藝與現(xiàn)代木制器具設(shè)計(jì)的共生理論,既要尊重傳統(tǒng)造物思維又要適當(dāng)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)技術(shù)。共生的關(guān)鍵就在于手藝與機(jī)器的協(xié)作方式,機(jī)器能減輕制作難度,手藝則能提高附加值,由此得出共生是傳統(tǒng)手工藝實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Through the observation of many traditional handicrafts, it is concluded that if the handicraft wants to keep steady progress with the times, it must seek a new way of development, that is, to transform the modern industrial design and cooperate with the modern design to achieve a balanced state. Among them, the traditional woodwork is representative of traditional handicraft, not only in the thinking of creation, but also in the way of creation. First, woodwork has a long history and continues to this day. Secondly, woodwork covers a variety of forms of production and is close to production and life. Moreover, the complete source of woodwork naturally conforms to the demands of modern design. However, the traditional form of artifacts is faced with elimination because of its single shape, so it is urgent to seek the way of transformation. Among the many modern industrial products, living utensils have the closest contact with people and can best reflect people's preferences and normality in life, especially the small wooden products placed on the table or decorated in life and work. Not only natural environmental protection can reflect the unique taste of users. But through the mass production and production of the factory, on the one hand, it destroys the material properties of the wood itself, on the other hand, it loses the personality products pursued by the modern people, so it needs to inject the spiritual connotation and look back at the traditional creational idea at the same time. According to the demand and deficiency of traditional woodwork and modern wooden living utensils, and the mutual need, there is a certain contradiction relationship, which is the opportunity of symbiosis between the two, and then leads to the "symbiotic thought". INTERGROWTH is a kind of creative relationship established in this kind of competition and tension, at the same time giving each other necessary understanding and affirmation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of traditional woodwork and modern utensils, it is concluded that there is a feasible symbiotic relationship between the use of materials, tools and techniques of traditional woodwork and modern wooden living utensils. In the end, a case study of the traditional craftsmanship spirit and the traditional wooden form in the modern design is carried out, and a group of modern multifunctional instruments called "several boxes" are designed. The symbiotic design practice of traditional woodwork and modern utensils has been completed, and the symbiotic theory of traditional handicraft and modern wooden apparatus design has been verified. It is necessary to respect the thinking of traditional creation and use modern advanced technology appropriately. The key of symbiosis lies in the way of cooperation between craft and machine. The machine can reduce the difficulty of making and the technology can increase the added value. It is concluded that symbiosis is an important way to realize the modern transformation of traditional handicraft.
