【摘要】：隨著中國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展及住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的不斷推進(jìn),建筑裝飾產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程加快,與此同時,很多大型裝飾公司利用雄厚的資金及技術(shù)優(yōu)勢紛紛與家具廠、建筑材料加工廠聯(lián)手合作形成了"巨無霸"式的裝飾連鎖企業(yè),中小裝飾企業(yè)因此面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)和生存壓力,傳統(tǒng)單槍匹馬式的運(yùn)營模式已不再適應(yīng)市場的需求,必須做出改變以適應(yīng)日益發(fā)展的裝飾產(chǎn)業(yè)化需求。文章正是基于這一背景,在分析建筑裝飾產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝修模式及中小裝飾企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)營模式的基礎(chǔ)上,針對中小裝飾企業(yè)的經(jīng)營特點(diǎn),提出了適合裝飾產(chǎn)業(yè)化需求的中小裝飾企業(yè)的經(jīng)營模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's real estate industry and the continuous promotion of housing industrialization, the process of building decoration industrialization has been accelerated. At the same time, many large decoration companies have made use of their abundant capital and technology advantages to make use of their furniture factories. Building materials processing plants have joined forces to form a "Big Mac" type decoration chain enterprise. As a result, small and medium-sized decorative enterprises are facing greater challenges and survival pressure, and the traditional single-handedness operation mode is no longer suitable for the needs of the market. Changes must be made to meet the growing demand for the industrialization of decoration. This article is based on this background, on the basis of analyzing the construction decoration industrialization decoration model and the small and medium-sized decoration enterprise's traditional operation mode, aiming at the management characteristic of the small and medium-sized decoration enterprise, The management mode of small and medium-sized decoration enterprises suitable for the demand of decoration industrialization is put forward.
