室內(nèi)裝修烘烤氣體的生物強(qiáng)化技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了減輕由室內(nèi)裝修所造成的污染,通過生物滴濾處理裝置處理室內(nèi)裝修烘烤后排出的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)氣體(甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯).在氣體流量為600 L/h、表面液體速度為3.14~3.93 m/h,pH為6~7,進(jìn)氣溫度為30℃條件下采用生物強(qiáng)化技術(shù),當(dāng)入口甲醛濃度小于30.86 mg/m3,生物滴濾塔對甲醛凈化效率一直保持100%;當(dāng)入口苯濃度在2.07~43.22 mg/m3,生物滴濾塔對苯的凈化效率是86.2%~88.4%;當(dāng)入口甲苯濃度在0.76~31.61 mg/m3,生物滴濾塔對甲苯凈化效率是93.2%~94%;當(dāng)入口二甲苯濃度在3~55.20 mg/m3,生物滴濾塔對二甲苯凈化效率是90%~91.6%.從《大氣污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB16297-1996)》的指標(biāo)考察,室內(nèi)裝修烘烤污染物經(jīng)生物滴濾處理后均可達(dá)到現(xiàn)有污染源和新污染源排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),生物強(qiáng)化處理是可行的.
