【摘要】：正 現(xiàn)有的石膏裝飾板極易受潮,受潮后吸水率可達40%～50%,斷裂荷載大大降低,易翹曲變形.同時吸水后引起表面發(fā)花,甚至霉變,嚴重影響裝飾效果,限制了石膏裝飾板的推廣應(yīng)用.針對上述問題,我們進行了復(fù)合石膏板的研究并取得了預(yù)期的效果.二、原材料的選用及配方設(shè)計1.復(fù)合裝飾石膏板的主要原料β半水石膏:湖北應(yīng)城產(chǎn),細度120目.玻璃纖維:南京產(chǎn),工業(yè)廢絲.膨脹珍珠巖:信陽產(chǎn),表觀密度≤80kg/m~3.
