【摘要】: 21世紀(jì)我國(guó)已出現(xiàn)在役建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的維修高峰,并將持續(xù)相當(dāng)一段時(shí)間,每年維修費(fèi)用可能高達(dá)數(shù)千億元之多。本文廣泛收集國(guó)內(nèi)外加固研究成果,對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、砌體結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的常用加固方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié);詳細(xì)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外在碳纖維加固、粘鋼加固、玻璃鋼加固、型鋼加固中最新研究的成果。近年來(lái)隨著工程加固市場(chǎng)的不斷擴(kuò)大和加固技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,,一個(gè)待加固工程的加固方案往往有很多種,但如何從多種方案中選擇技術(shù)可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,社會(huì)效益良好的最合理的方案便成為一個(gè)有意義的問(wèn)題。 無(wú)錫紅星美凱龍家居裝飾市場(chǎng)位于無(wú)錫市錫山區(qū)政府所在地東亭,主體工程由Ⅰ、Ⅱ期賣(mài)場(chǎng)組成。Ⅰ期工程建于2000年,四層框架結(jié)構(gòu)、獨(dú)立柱基礎(chǔ),柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面積79,488 m~2,Ⅱ期工程建于2005年,五層框架結(jié)構(gòu)、獨(dú)立柱基,柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面積68,400 m~2。為了功能需要及適當(dāng)增加營(yíng)業(yè)面積,甲方于2005年4月提出在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期主體工程之間接建四層過(guò)街樓,工程面積合計(jì)4608m~2。 本文以該改造工程為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)房屋安全鑒定中心對(duì)Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期工程的鑒定報(bào)告和多年的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)首先提出了懸挑法、擴(kuò)大原柱基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)和粘鋼法三種設(shè)計(jì)方案;為了選取技術(shù)可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,社會(huì)效益良好的最合理的方案的方案,采用了以價(jià)值工程為基礎(chǔ)的方案比選優(yōu)化模型,通過(guò)定量分析為主、定性分析為輔進(jìn)行加固方案比選,綜合考慮安全性,適用性,耐久性,美觀性,造價(jià),工期及易于設(shè)計(jì)與施工多方面,選出粘鋼法作為本工程的最優(yōu)方案;進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用粘鋼法進(jìn)行了上部結(jié)構(gòu)和基礎(chǔ)的加固設(shè)計(jì),最后順利完成改建,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

In this paper, the common reinforcement methods of concrete structures, masonry structures and steel buildings are summarized, and the reinforcement methods of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, bonded steel, fiberglass fiber reinforced plastics at home and abroad are introduced in detail. The latest research results in steel reinforcement. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the engineering reinforcement market and the continuous development of reinforcement technology, there are many kinds of reinforcement schemes for a project to be strengthened, but how to choose the technology from a variety of schemes is feasible and economical. The most reasonable scheme with good social benefits becomes a meaningful problem. Wuxi Hongxing Meikelong Home Decoration Market is located in Dongting, the seat of the government in Xishan District, Wuxi City. The main project consists of stage I and II stores. The first stage of the project was built in 2000, with a four-story frame structure with an independent column foundation and a column distance of 8.5 meters 脳 8.0 meters.
