【摘要】：物資管理是裝飾工程項(xiàng)目管理中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本控制和資金周轉(zhuǎn)速度有直接影響。傳統(tǒng)的物資管理是從庫(kù)存管理發(fā)展而來(lái)，實(shí)際工作中，不僅消耗了大量的人力、物力和財(cái)力資源，而且影響了企業(yè)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。故而，開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)一套實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的裝飾工程項(xiàng)目物資管理信息系統(tǒng)是目前亟待解決的重要問(wèn)題之一。 本文應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪(fǎng)談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析等多種方法，針對(duì)物資管理進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的系統(tǒng)功能分析，并在充分分析物資管理流程現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)出裝飾項(xiàng)目物資管理各子流程具體方案。隨后，根據(jù)物資管理的信息化模型，設(shè)計(jì)完成了裝飾項(xiàng)目物資管理系統(tǒng)，并在北京和廣州兩地選取了裝飾項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用，，實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果表明：設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的裝飾工程項(xiàng)目物資管理信息系統(tǒng)有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和較為廣泛的可應(yīng)用范圍。
[Abstract]:Material management is a key link in decorative engineering project management, which has a direct impact on project cost control and capital turnover speed. The traditional material management is developed from the inventory management. In the actual work, it not only consumes a lot of human, material and financial resources, but also affects the normal operation of the enterprise. Therefore, the development and design of a practical material management information system for decorative engineering projects is one of the important problems to be solved. Based on field interview, questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods, this paper makes a detailed system function analysis for material management, and on the basis of fully analyzing the current situation of material management process, Design the specific program of material management of decoration project. Then, according to the information model of material management, the decoration project material management system is designed and completed, and the decoration project is selected in Beijing and Guangzhou for systematic practice. The practical application results show that the material management information system of decorative engineering project has strong practicability and wide range of application.
