【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)方式建造的公共租賃住房在質(zhì)量控制和后期運營、維護、保障等方面存在諸多亟待解決的問題,根本原因在于缺乏完善的設(shè)計理念及建造技術(shù)保障體系。結(jié)合眾美光合原著項目的設(shè)計,探討公共租賃住房設(shè)計方式及其建造技術(shù)等方面的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:There are many problems to be solved in the aspects of quality control, later operation, maintenance and security of the public rental housing built in the traditional way. The basic reason lies in the lack of perfect design concept and construction technology guarantee system. This paper discusses the innovation of public rental housing design and its construction technology.
