【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)外保溫層與墻體的可靠聯(lián)接和提高抗惡劣環(huán)境能力,降低造價(jià),研制了預(yù)制型外墻外保溫節(jié)能裝飾構(gòu)件板。介紹了該板的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思、結(jié)構(gòu)、安裝工藝及板(間)縫的保溫防滲處理;該板與200mm厚混凝土墻復(fù)合砌體的冬季現(xiàn)場(chǎng)熱工測(cè)試表明達(dá)到JGJ26-95對(duì)北京地區(qū)的節(jié)能要求;板材價(jià)約為55元/m~2,加施工價(jià)合計(jì)為80元/m~2,與現(xiàn)在用得較多的內(nèi)保溫做法接近,但綜合效益高于后者。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the reliable connection between the external insulation layer and the wall, to improve the ability of resisting the bad environment and to reduce the cost, the prefabricated exterior wall heat preservation and energy saving decorative component board was developed. This paper introduces the design conception, structure, installation technology and heat preservation and seepage prevention treatment of the plate (space) joint, and the field thermal test of the composite masonry with 200mm thick concrete wall in winter shows that the energy saving requirement of JGJ26-95 is met in Beijing area. The plate price is about 55 yuan / mm2 and the total construction price is 80 yuan / mm2, which is close to the internal insulation method used now, but the comprehensive benefit is higher than the latter.
