抗菌浸漬薄木飾面裝飾板的制備工藝與性能研究

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的提高,對(duì)工作、居住環(huán)境清潔健康的要求日益加強(qiáng),抗菌浸漬薄木飾面裝飾板,用于室內(nèi)家具及家裝,能使居住環(huán)境更加衛(wèi)生、清潔、貼近自然,滿(mǎn)足人們對(duì)健康安全環(huán)境的追求。本文通過(guò)納米TiO2表面改性、制備MF/納米TiO2復(fù)合樹(shù)脂、薄木常壓和真空浸漬、預(yù)固化和熱壓貼面等工序制成抗菌浸漬薄木飾面裝飾板。使用KH550偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)納米TiO2表面進(jìn)行改性,研究了改性劑的添加量、改性溫度和改性時(shí)間對(duì)納米TiO2表面改性的影響;制備MF/納米TiO2復(fù)合樹(shù)脂,研究不同納米TiO2添加量對(duì)復(fù)合樹(shù)脂粘度、固化時(shí)間、固化溫度和抗菌性能的影響;采用常壓浸漬法及真空浸漬法對(duì)薄木進(jìn)行浸漬處理,分別研究常壓浸漬中浸漬時(shí)間、浸漬溫度以及薄木含水率對(duì)薄木上膠量的影響,真空浸漬中真空度、真空處理時(shí)間和后處理時(shí)間對(duì)薄木上膠量的影響;對(duì)浸漬薄木進(jìn)行預(yù)固化處理,研究預(yù)固化時(shí)間、預(yù)固化溫度和上膠量對(duì)預(yù)固化度的影響;將浸漬薄木壓貼于基材上,研究熱壓溫度、熱壓壓力、熱壓時(shí)間和上膠量對(duì)浸漬薄木飾面裝飾板表觀(guān)性能和理化性能的影響。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.納米Ti02經(jīng)KH550改性處理后,納米TiO2表面成功接枝KH550,提高了納米TiO2在有機(jī)溶液中的分散性,減少團(tuán)聚體的產(chǎn)生,較優(yōu)改性工藝為:KH550的添加量2%,改性溫度70℃,改性時(shí)間120min;2.納米TiO2的較優(yōu)添加量為0.5%,在此添加量下制備的MF/納米TiO2復(fù)合樹(shù)脂固化溫度為123.24℃,固化時(shí)間為55.6s,粘度為32Mpa.s,總抗細(xì)菌率R總為99%;3.常壓浸漬時(shí),薄木的含水率和浸漬時(shí)間對(duì)薄木浸膠量的影響不顯著,浸漬溫度對(duì)薄木浸膠量的影響顯著;真空浸漬時(shí),真空處理時(shí)間和后處理時(shí)間對(duì)薄木浸膠量的影響不顯著,真空度對(duì)薄木浸膠量的影響顯著;4.浸膠量對(duì)浸漬薄木預(yù)固化度影響不顯著,預(yù)固化溫度和預(yù)固化時(shí)間對(duì)預(yù)固化度的影響顯著,較優(yōu)預(yù)固化處理工藝為:預(yù)固化溫度100℃,預(yù)固化時(shí)間4min,在此工藝條件下浸漬薄木的預(yù)固化度為46.24%;5.抗菌浸漬薄木飾面裝飾板浸漬時(shí)較優(yōu)真空度為-0.06MPa,熱壓時(shí)較優(yōu)制備工藝為:熱壓溫度140℃,熱壓時(shí)間90s,熱壓壓力1.5MPa;在上述較優(yōu)工藝下制備的飾面裝飾板各項(xiàng)性能為:色差為5.02,粗糙度Ra為3.98μ m,磨耗值為73.47mg,表面膠合強(qiáng)度大于1.26MPa,浸漬剝離實(shí)驗(yàn)每邊均無(wú)剝離,總抗細(xì)菌率R總為99%,根據(jù)GB/T 23763-2009《光催化抗菌材料及制品抗菌性能的評(píng)價(jià)》要求,具有強(qiáng)抗菌性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of clean and healthy living environment is strengthened day by day. The antibacterial impregnated wood veneer can be used for indoor furniture and home decoration, which can make the living environment more hygienic, clean and close to the nature. Meet people's pursuit of a healthy and safe environment. In this paper, MF- / nano-TiO _ 2 composite resin was prepared by surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2, thin wood was impregnated under atmospheric pressure and vacuum, pre-curing and hot pressing veneer, etc. The surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2 was carried out with KH550 coupling agent. The effects of the amount of modifier, modification temperature and modification time on the surface modification of nano-TiO _ 2 were studied, and MF/ nano-TiO _ 2 composite resin was prepared. The effects of different amount of nano-TiO _ 2 on the viscosity, curing time, curing temperature and antibacterial properties of composite resin were studied. The influence of impregnation temperature and moisture content of thin wood on the glue content of thin wood, the effect of vacuum degree, vacuum treatment time and post-treatment time on the glue content of thin wood in vacuum impregnation, the precuring treatment of impregnated thin wood, the study of pre-curing time, The effects of precuring temperature and adhesive content on the precuring degree, and the effects of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing time and glue amount on the apparent and physical and chemical properties of impregnated wood veneer decorative board were studied. The main results are as follows: 1. After modified by KH550, nano-TiO _ 2 was grafted onto KH _ 550, and the dispersion of nano-TiO _ 2 in organic solution was improved, and the formation of agglomerates was reduced.
