【摘要】：為了適應(yīng)振興裝飾公司經(jīng)營日益增長,建立一套符合公司自身發(fā)展的、切實可以的績效管理體制,有效解決企業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理過程中存在的績效管理問題,本文以“振興裝飾公司績效管理體制”這一課題為例,通過自己對公司績效考核管理實踐過程和公司績效考核問題出現(xiàn)的問題,以實例研究為基礎(chǔ),從總體上為振興裝飾公司的績效管理制度提供一套適合自身發(fā)展的改進方案,以使之能夠適應(yīng)振興裝飾公司業(yè)務(wù)快速增長的需要。 本文共分為六大部分：第一部分是導(dǎo)論,第二部分是理論概念,第三部分是振興裝飾公司績效管理現(xiàn)狀和問題分析,第四部分是基于平衡計分卡的振興裝飾公司KPI績效管理方案,第五部分是適合振興公司績效管理制度改進措施,第六部分是研究結(jié)論與建議。 本文按照理論基礎(chǔ)、公司現(xiàn)狀分析、解決方案的設(shè)想的基本思路展開研究,通過對裝飾行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀分析,針對振興裝飾公司的績效考核實踐過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出進一步改進措施,重新修訂并完善了振興公司的績效管理體制,然后通過一系列改進方案改善并健全公司的績效管理制度。在本文的研究過程中,采用了理論分析、理論聯(lián)系實際、實地調(diào)查研究、實踐演練、實例分析等方法進行了綜合研究。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the growing operation of the decoration company, to establish a set of performance management system which is in line with the company's own development, and to effectively solve the problem of performance management in the process of enterprise management. This paper takes the subject of "revitalizing the performance management system of decoration company" as an example, through its own practice process of performance appraisal management and the problems of company performance appraisal, based on the case study. On the whole, it provides a set of improvement scheme suitable for its own development for revitalizing the performance management system of decoration company, so that it can adapt to the need of rapid growth of the business of revitalizing decoration company. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part is the theoretical concept, the third part is the revitalization of decorative company performance management status and problem analysis. The fourth part is the KPI performance management scheme based on the balanced scorecard, the fifth part is the measures to improve the performance management system, the sixth part is the conclusions and recommendations. According to the theoretical basis, the analysis of the company's current situation, the basic ideas of the solution, through the analysis of the current situation of the decoration industry, aiming at the problems in the practice of revitalizing the decoration company's performance appraisal, Further improvement measures are put forward, and the performance management system of the company is revised and perfected again, and then the performance management system of the company is improved and perfected through a series of improvement schemes. In the research process of this paper, the methods of theoretical analysis, combination of theory with practice, field investigation, practice exercise, case analysis and so on are used to conduct a comprehensive study.
