【摘要】：莊廓民居是青海東部地區(qū)各民族人民共同使用的民居類(lèi)型,它的營(yíng)造技術(shù)蘊(yùn)含著獨(dú)特的營(yíng)造智慧,是在當(dāng)?shù)靥厥獾淖匀画h(huán)境、地域文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中生成的。其作為極具地域性特色的鄉(xiāng)土文化,存在的意義已引起了建筑界乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的關(guān)注。但由于目前其面臨著各種問(wèn)題,使它的存在與延續(xù)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),主要總結(jié)為以下三點(diǎn)問(wèn)題：首先,許多傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居由于缺乏合理的保護(hù),日益衰敗,使作為研究營(yíng)造技術(shù)的唯一實(shí)物載體逐漸消失于人們的身邊；其次隨著在建設(shè)新農(nóng)村的號(hào)召下,在各種建設(shè)政策的指引下,新材料,新結(jié)構(gòu)以及新裝飾被不斷引進(jìn),傳統(tǒng)的營(yíng)造技術(shù)在人們新建的莊廓民居或改造的莊廓民居中逐漸被丟失或者改變,新民居忽略了地域性、節(jié)能性以及環(huán)保性；最后,在當(dāng)今發(fā)展迅速的社會(huì)中,傳統(tǒng)的傳承方式很容易使莊廓民居的營(yíng)造技術(shù)在傳承過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)流失或者失真。本文正是在這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,以青海東部地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù)為主要研究對(duì)象,采用了文獻(xiàn)分析、實(shí)地調(diào)研、以及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法對(duì)傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居的營(yíng)造技術(shù)及其傳承進(jìn)行了深入分析。首先從傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居的分布和分類(lèi)著手,闡述了傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居的概況；其次通過(guò)其營(yíng)造材料以及營(yíng)造步驟這兩方面總的分析營(yíng)造技術(shù)的概況；然后依次闡述了傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居的承重結(jié)構(gòu)、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)以及裝修裝飾這三方面的營(yíng)造技術(shù)。最后通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)地訪談?wù){(diào)研,分析傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù)的傳承現(xiàn)狀以及傳承的影響因素,提出優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù)的傳承方式。在傳承并應(yīng)用的背景下,通過(guò)分析傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)造技術(shù)的不足,從承重結(jié)構(gòu)、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、以及裝修裝飾三方面提出優(yōu)化方法,并探討綠色節(jié)能技術(shù)在民居建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)以上分析研究,首先在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,以期完善青海東部地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居的研究體系,并分析傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù)的價(jià)值及其傳承的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題,探索傳承營(yíng)造技術(shù)方法的優(yōu)化策略；其次,總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)莊廓民居營(yíng)造智慧與不足,傳承傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀營(yíng)造智慧,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),對(duì)不足之處進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,融合當(dāng)代生產(chǎn)生活需要,探索綠色節(jié)能技術(shù)在民居中的應(yīng)用,最終總結(jié)出適宜的莊廓民居營(yíng)造技術(shù),為當(dāng)?shù)孛窬痈陆ㄔO(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Zhuanggu residence is a common type of residence used by people of all nationalities in the eastern part of Qinghai. Its construction technology contains unique construction wisdom and is generated in the local special natural environment, regional culture and economic environment. As a local culture with regional characteristics, the significance of its existence has attracted the attention of the construction industry and even the whole society. However, due to the various problems it faces at present, its existence and continuity are faced with enormous challenges, which are mainly summarized as follows: first, many traditional Zhuanggu dwellings are declining day by day because of the lack of reasonable protection. So that the only physical carrier of research and construction technology gradually disappeared around people; secondly, with the call to build a new countryside, under the guidance of various construction policies, new materials, new structures and new decoration were introduced. The traditional construction technology has been lost or changed gradually in the newly built Zhuanggu residence or the modified Zhuanggu residence, and the new residence has neglected the regionality, the energy saving and the environmental protection. Finally, in the rapidly developing society, The traditional way of inheritance makes the building technology of Zhuanggu residence lose or distort in the course of inheritance. Under such a realistic background, this article takes the traditional Zhuangzhuang folk residence construction technology in the eastern part of Qinghai as the main research object, adopts the literature analysis, the field investigation, As well as questionnaire survey and other methods of traditional Zhuanggu residential building construction technology and its inheritance in-depth analysis. Firstly, the general situation of the traditional Zhuanggu dwelling is expounded from the distribution and classification of the traditional Zhuanggu dwelling, and then the general situation of the construction technology is analyzed through its construction materials and construction steps. Then, the paper expounds the construction technology of traditional Zhuanggu dwelling in three aspects: bearing structure, enclosing structure and decoration. Finally, through the field interviews, this paper analyzes the status quo of the construction technology of traditional Zhuangzhuang Folk House and the influencing factors, and puts forward the way to optimize the construction technology of the traditional Zhuangzhuang Folk House. Under the background of inheritance and application, through analyzing the deficiency of traditional construction technology, this paper puts forward the optimization methods from three aspects of load-bearing structure, enclosure structure and decoration, and discusses the application of green energy-saving technology in the construction of residential buildings. Through the above analysis and research, first of all, on the basis of the research on the building technology of the traditional Zhuangzhuang Folk House, in order to perfect the research system of the traditional Zhuangzhuang Folk House in the eastern part of Qinghai, It also analyzes the value of the traditional Zhuanggu folk residence construction technology and the present situation of its inheritance, and explores the optimization strategy of the inheritance construction technology method. Secondly, it summarizes the wisdom and deficiency of the traditional Zhuang profile residential building construction, inherits the traditional excellent building wisdom. Combined with modern science and technology, this paper optimizes the deficiencies, integrates the needs of contemporary production and life, explores the application of green energy-saving technology in residential buildings, and finally summarizes the appropriate building technology of Zhuanggu folk residence, which provides a reference for the renewal and construction of local residential buildings.
