【摘要】： 我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,對國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起著積極的推進作用。但是由于大多數(shù)建筑裝飾企業(yè)只重視“市場”與“資金”,而忽視人力資源管理,特別忽視了績效考核,從而嚴重制約了企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以中策裝飾公司為研究對象,在綜述企業(yè)績效管理理論和手段的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇運用現(xiàn)代的科學(xué)方法解決企業(yè)管理中的“瓶頸”問題。新績效考核以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,輔之以關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)法和行為考核法,分層、分類設(shè)計了關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)和其他指標(biāo),明確了考核的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、主體和周期以及績效管理過程,規(guī)定了考核結(jié)果的應(yīng)用等內(nèi)容。新的考核體系的目的是為了建立一套公平的激勵機制,以合理科學(xué)地衡量部門和員工的貢獻,充分調(diào)動員工的積極性,幫助公司實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the construction decoration industry in China plays a positive role in the development of the national economy . However , because most of the building decoration enterprises pay attention to the " market " and " funds " , the human resources management is neglected , and the performance appraisal is neglected , thus seriously restricting the sustainable development of the enterprise .


On the basis of summarizing the theory and means of enterprise performance management , this paper chooses to use the modern scientific method to solve the " bottleneck " problem in the enterprise management . The new performance appraisal is guided by the strategic goal of the enterprise . The key performance indicators and other indexes are designed by using the key index method and the behavior assessment method . The purpose of the new appraisal system is to establish a fair incentive mechanism to scientifically measure the contribution of the department and the employee , fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and help the company to achieve the strategic goal .
