【摘要】：隨著我國司法改革的逐步推進,現代司法理念也發(fā)生了質的變化。作為國家法律制度的載體,法院建筑在深化司法改革、弘揚“公平、公正、透明”的現代司法理念中也發(fā)揮著重要作用。建筑的室內外設計不僅關系著建筑的實用性和功能性,也包含著對使用者的價值理念的體現以及對建筑所承載的文化的傳遞。因此,法院建筑的室內外設計既要考慮到法院的不同使用者的功能需求,也要考慮到法院建筑所需傳達的司法理念和特有的法院文化,不僅要充分關注法的傳統(tǒng)形象和意義,還要充分認識到現代司法的目的和特征。 本文主要從江西省豐城法院的室內外設計入手,在充分認識了室內外設計的目的和原則、總結了法院建筑室內外設計的目的和原則的基礎上,總結分析了國內外具有代表性的現代法院建筑室內外設計的實例,歸納出了我國法院建筑室內外設計的發(fā)展趨勢。最后通過理論指導實踐,詳細分析了本次豐城法院室內外設計所展現的實用性、價值型和文化性,并深入思考了如何創(chuàng)造出具有法制文化特質的建筑形象,以及如何營造出濃郁的法制文化氛圍以及針對法院建筑的功能、流線和形象等方面進行了法院建筑的合理性的探索。
[Abstract]:With the gradual advancement of judicial reform in our country, the modern judicial concept has also changed qualitatively. As the carrier of the national legal system, the court building also plays an important role in deepening the judicial reform and carrying forward the modern judicial idea of "fairness, justice and transparency". The indoor and outdoor design of architecture not only relates to the practicability and function of architecture, but also includes the embodiment of the value concept of the user and the transmission of the culture carried by the building. Therefore, the indoor and outdoor design of the court building should not only take into account the functional needs of the different users of the court, but also take into account the judicial concept and unique court culture that the court building needs to convey, and not only pay full attention to the traditional image and significance of the law. We should also fully recognize the purpose and characteristics of modern justice. This paper mainly starts with the indoor and outdoor design of Fengcheng Court in Jiangxi Province, and on the basis of fully understanding the purpose and principle of indoor and outdoor design, summarizes the purpose and principle of indoor and outdoor design of the court building. This paper summarizes and analyzes the typical examples of the interior and exterior design of the modern court building at home and abroad, and sums up the development trend of the interior and exterior design of the court building in our country. Finally, through the guidance of theory and practice, this paper analyzes in detail the practicability, value and culture of the indoor and outdoor design of Fengcheng Court, and deeply considers how to create the architectural image with the characteristics of legal culture. And how to create a strong cultural atmosphere of legal system and the function, streamline and image of the court building to explore the reasonableness of the court building.
