等離子體改性制備塑膜增強(qiáng)柔性裝飾薄木工藝

【摘要】:為提高塑膜與薄木之間的界面膠合特性,采用低溫等離子體分別對(duì)塑膜和裝飾薄木的膠合面進(jìn)行改性處理,制備塑膜增強(qiáng)紅櫟柔性裝飾薄木。優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)為:等離子體處理速度4 m/min,熱壓壓力0.6 MPa、溫度120℃、時(shí)間150 s;柔性裝飾薄木的剝離強(qiáng)度達(dá)0.52 k N/m,橫向抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)4.13 MPa,柔韌性卷曲鋼棒直徑可小至4 mm,浸漬剝離強(qiáng)度達(dá)到I類試驗(yàn)要求,同時(shí)熱壓溫度明顯降低,減少了能耗。
