【摘要】:移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)近年來(lái)蓬勃發(fā)展,人們的生活方式隨之發(fā)生巨大變化,企業(yè)也因此逐漸由傳統(tǒng)固定的辦公室辦公向不固定的隨時(shí)隨地辦公轉(zhuǎn)換。因此,移動(dòng)辦公也隨之醞釀而出,它可以使員工自由安排工作時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行辦公,提高企業(yè)整體辦公效率,員工可以使用自身多樣化終端辦公,節(jié)約公司硬件成本,減少運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,增加整體效益。傳統(tǒng)辦公局限于一定的辦公地點(diǎn),整片辦公時(shí)間及耗費(fèi)大量人力物力財(cái)力,企業(yè)成本較高。如一次性成本,尋找辦公地點(diǎn)的時(shí)間成本、裝修費(fèi)用、配套設(shè)施設(shè)備費(fèi)用、家具及辦公器材費(fèi)用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)寬帶費(fèi)用、通訊設(shè)施費(fèi)用、搬遷費(fèi)用及時(shí)間成本等。每月開支投入,如租金、物業(yè)管理費(fèi)等較多費(fèi)用。所以隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的興起,傳統(tǒng)辦公模式也急需要改變,以節(jié)省辦公成本,及提升辦公效率。本項(xiàng)目在對(duì)華三BYOD研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合自己在公司實(shí)習(xí)期間的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐,以軟件工程理論為指導(dǎo),實(shí)現(xiàn)了移動(dòng)辦公能力。本項(xiàng)目主要采用服務(wù)層、邏輯層、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)層三層架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn),本論文的主要工作如下:1.本文通過(guò)深入研究移動(dòng)辦公特點(diǎn)及需求,對(duì)移動(dòng)辦公的核心組件進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程資源管理組件中服務(wù)器的增加、遠(yuǎn)程應(yīng)用的發(fā)布等主要功能,基于RDP協(xié)議使用戶能夠在終端使用授權(quán)給自身的辦公資源,如辦公軟件、遠(yuǎn)程桌面、存儲(chǔ)目錄等資源。能夠使用戶無(wú)論身在何處只要連接到公司服務(wù)器則可輕松快捷進(jìn)行辦公。2.在移動(dòng)辦公過(guò)程中為了使用戶能夠下載本地應(yīng)用需求,本項(xiàng)目提供應(yīng)用商店管理組件,服務(wù)器后臺(tái)可以向終端推送本地應(yīng)用,內(nèi)容均是以將應(yīng)用詳細(xì)信息封裝到XML文件中下發(fā)給客戶端,客戶端再去解析識(shí)別,如下發(fā)Android、iOS應(yīng)用基本信息。服務(wù)器后臺(tái)根據(jù)終端應(yīng)用商店不同的請(qǐng)求方式推送應(yīng)用,如根據(jù)應(yīng)用分類下發(fā)應(yīng)用,根據(jù)應(yīng)用名稱推送對(duì)應(yīng)本地應(yīng)用到終端應(yīng)用商店。推送過(guò)程中服務(wù)器后臺(tái)會(huì)將應(yīng)用的所有基本信息,如名稱、大小、圖標(biāo)、版本等信息全部下發(fā)下去供應(yīng)用商店顯示。3.移動(dòng)辦公時(shí)安全性要求較高,所以本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了終端管理組件,提供對(duì)終端的遠(yuǎn)程管理,管理員可以遠(yuǎn)程對(duì)終端下發(fā)終端動(dòng)作,如鎖屏、解鎖屏、恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置、擦出企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)等動(dòng)作,確保在終端出現(xiàn)異常時(shí)保證實(shí)時(shí)對(duì)終端進(jìn)行控制,保證企業(yè)信息安全防止泄露信息。4.最后本文根據(jù)需求設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)組件,管理員可以通過(guò)參數(shù)配置,設(shè)置終端注冊(cè)要求,設(shè)置向應(yīng)用商店推送的海報(bào)圖片及終端向服務(wù)器后臺(tái)發(fā)送的心跳時(shí)長(zhǎng)等信息,提高系統(tǒng)安全及易用性。通過(guò)四大組件的組合使用,能夠滿足用戶移動(dòng)辦公基本需求并使用戶能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)隨時(shí)隨地進(jìn)行辦公,管理員也能夠遠(yuǎn)程的對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理,保證企業(yè)員工辦公安全快捷進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet in recent years, people's way of life has changed greatly, and enterprises have gradually changed from the traditional fixed office to the non-fixed office at anytime and anywhere. Therefore, mobile office is also brewing, it can make employees freely arrange working hours and locations, improve the overall office efficiency of the enterprise, employees can use their own diversified terminals to work, saving the company's hardware costs, Reduce operating costs and increase overall benefits. The traditional office is limited to a certain office location, the whole office hours and a lot of manpower, material and financial resources are consumed, and the cost of the enterprise is high. Such as one-time cost, time cost of finding office location, decoration cost, supporting facilities and equipment cost, furniture and office equipment cost, network broadband cost, communication facility cost, relocation cost and time cost, etc. Monthly expenditure input, such as rent, property management fees and other more fees. So with the rise of the Internet, the traditional office mode also needs to be changed urgently to save office costs and improve office efficiency. This project is based on the research of Huasang BYOD, combined with the study and practice during the practice period of our company, and guided by the software engineering theory, the mobile office capability has been realized. This project mainly uses the service layer, the logic layer, the database layer three layer structure realization, this thesis main work is as follows: 1. In this paper, the characteristics and requirements of mobile office are deeply studied, and the core components of mobile office are analyzed. The main functions of remote resource management component, such as the increase of server and the release of remote application, are realized. Based on RDP protocol, users can use authorized office resources, such as office software, remote desktop, storage directory and so on. It can make it easy and fast for users to work anywhere as long as they connect to the company server. 2. In order to enable users to download local application requirements during mobile office, this project provides application store management components, the server backstage can push local applications to the terminal. The content is to encapsulate the application details in the XML file and send them to the client, the client will then parse the identification, as follows, send the basic information of the Android XML application. The server push the application according to the different request way of terminal application store, such as sending the application according to the application classification, pushing the corresponding local application to the terminal application store according to the application name. During push, the server will send all the basic information such as name, size, icon, version and so on to the application store for display. 3. The security requirement of mobile office is high, so this project designs and implements terminal management component, provides remote management of terminal, administrator can remotely send terminal action to terminal, such as locking screen, unlocking screen, resuming factory setting. Erases the enterprise data and other actions to ensure that the terminal can be controlled in real time when the terminal is abnormal, and to ensure the enterprise information security to prevent the leakage of information .4. Finally, the system parameter components are designed and implemented according to the requirements. The administrator can configure the parameters, set the terminal registration requirements, set the poster pictures pushed to the application store, and send information such as the heartbeat time the terminal sends to the server background. Improve system safety and ease of use. Through the combined use of the four components, it can meet the basic needs of mobile office users and enable users to work anywhere and anytime. The administrator can also manage the equipment remotely to ensure the safety and speed of the office of enterprise employees.
