【摘要】：正 涂料的性能不好或施工失誤,常會產(chǎn)生氣泡、銀紋、縮孔、疵點(diǎn)、皺紋、枯皮、晶紋等缺陷,通過調(diào)整樹脂、溶劑等組分或改進(jìn)涂裝工藝可以改善。油墨是用于印刷的特種涂料,通常不允許存在上述缺陷。但有意識地突出涂料中的某些缺陷,卻可以達(dá)到特殊的裝飾效果。例如,通過調(diào)整油墨組分,達(dá)到滿版疵點(diǎn),可成為磨砂效果;通過調(diào)整配方及印刷工藝,增加墨層的起皺深度,使之成為皺紋圖案;改變產(chǎn)生晶紋及桔皮條件,可成為冰花;使?jié)M印版全是小氣泡,并聚集成小團(tuán),即為珊瑚;加粗銀紋,并使之按一定的順序排列,即成為折光。所形成的磨砂、皺紋、冰花、珊瑚、折
