【摘要】：選取裝飾裝修材料—PVC壁紙、丙綸地毯和EPS保溫板,采用SCY-1型建筑材料煙密度測(cè)定儀測(cè)量其燃燒過(guò)程中煙密度的變化。材料的加工尺寸為(25.4±0.3)mm×(25.4±0.3)mm×(6.2±0.3)mm。采用8層PVC壁紙疊加,使其厚度滿足尺寸要求。在材料中加入不同量的水浸泡,進(jìn)行對(duì)比試驗(yàn),研究水對(duì)材料煙密度的影響。結(jié)果表明,加水后,3種材料開(kāi)始產(chǎn)煙的時(shí)間均比干材料開(kāi)始產(chǎn)煙的時(shí)間延遲。PVC壁紙和EPS保溫板總產(chǎn)煙量、煙密度等級(jí)(SDR)隨加水量的增多而減小。丙綸地毯總產(chǎn)煙量、煙密度等級(jí)(SDR)隨加水量的增多先增大后又減小。3種材料中,PVC壁紙的最大煙密度、總產(chǎn)煙量和煙密度等級(jí)最大。
[Abstract]:PVC wallpaper, polypropylene carpet and EPS insulation board were selected to measure the smoke density during combustion with SCY-1 type building material smoke density meter.The machining size of the material is 25.4 鹵0.3)mm 脳 mt25.4 鹵0.3)mm 脳 0.3mm.Eight layers of PVC wallpaper are used to make the thickness meet the requirement of size.The effect of water on the smoke density of the material was studied by adding different amount of water into the material.The results showed that after adding water, the time of smoke production of the three kinds of materials was more delayed than that of dry materials. The total smoke production of PVC wallpaper and EPS insulation board decreased with the increase of water content.The total smoke production and smoke density grade (SDR) of polypropylene carpet increased first and then decreased with the increase of water content, and then decreased the maximum smoke density of PVC wallpaper in 3 kinds of materials, and the total smoke yield and smoke density grade were the largest.
