【摘要】： 裝飾藝術(shù)是一門古老的藝術(shù)形式,應(yīng)用范圍廣泛,隨著社會的進步與發(fā)展,裝飾無處不在。 上海新天地西餐廳的室內(nèi)裝飾在風(fēng)格上呈現(xiàn)出中和包容、多元共生的顯著特征。本文通過對上海新天地19家西餐廳的實地考察,進行圖像與數(shù)據(jù)等信息的采集并綜合分析,歸納出新天地西餐廳室內(nèi)空間的劃分注重人性化,在滿足空間基本功能的同時也將人的客觀感受作為餐廳室內(nèi)空間劃分的一個重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。除此以外,新天地西餐廳還采用了主題性的表現(xiàn)手法,主題不僅強調(diào)獨創(chuàng)性,并從色彩關(guān)系、材料與肌理、室內(nèi)陳設(shè)和燈光設(shè)計等各個方面來體現(xiàn)具有獨創(chuàng)性的主題空間。 新天地西餐廳將本土文化與外來文化在同一個空間中巧妙地結(jié)合,體現(xiàn)出中和包容、多元共生的風(fēng)格。從而為具有多元文化背景和顯著本土文化特色的現(xiàn)代都市中的餐飲行業(yè)室內(nèi)裝飾提供了一個良好的范例。
[Abstract]:Decorative art is an ancient art form, widely used, with the progress and development of society, decoration everywhere. The interior decoration of Xintiandi Western Restaurant in Shanghai presents a remarkable characteristic of neutralization, inclusiveness and pluralistic symbiosis in style. Based on the field investigation of 19 Western restaurants in Xintiandi, this paper collects and synthetically analyzes the information such as images and data. It is concluded that the division of indoor space in Xintiandi Western Restaurant pays attention to humanization, while satisfying the basic functions of the space, it also regards the objective feelings of people as an important criterion for the division of indoor space in the restaurant. Xintiandi Western Restaurant also adopts thematic expression techniques, the theme not only emphasizes originality, but also embodies the original theme space from the aspects of color relationship, material and texture, interior furnishings and lighting design. Xintiandi Western Restaurant skillfully combines native culture with foreign culture in the same space, reflecting harmony and tolerance. The multi-symbiotic style provides a good example for the interior decoration of the catering industry in modern cities with multicultural background and remarkable local cultural characteristics.
