無機木質(zhì)復合防火裝飾板的研制

【摘要】:純木質(zhì)板材,天然的木質(zhì)花紋、較高的強重比和木質(zhì)保溫調(diào)濕等特質(zhì),廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、家具、室內(nèi)裝飾等與人們生活密切相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域,但木材屬于易燃材料。而氯氧鎂無機防火板因其具有不燃性、可塑性、耐酸堿、防蛀,且能有效地阻隔音波和保濕而得到廣泛重視。它屬于氯氧鎂水泥類制品,以鎂質(zhì)膠凝材料為主體,網(wǎng)狀玻璃纖維布為增強材料,輕質(zhì)保濕材料為填充物復合而成,能滿足不燃性要求,是一種新型環(huán)保型板材。但由于該板防水性能比較差,表面吸濕后出現(xiàn)返鹵泛霜、彎曲變形等現(xiàn)象,嚴重影響其裝飾性能和應(yīng)用范圍。 本論文主要研究將木材和氯氧鎂無機防火板兩類材料的特點進行復合,使無機木質(zhì)復合防火防火裝飾板產(chǎn)品兼具裝飾耐用和A2級不燃防火的特點。試驗了乳膠(加或不加固化劑)與雙組分聚氨酯兩種膠粘劑、三/五/七層三種層積結(jié)構(gòu)、100~160g/m2聚氨酯施加量、1~2mm中層板厚度對復合板材性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明:(1)木質(zhì)單板與無機板的膠合,使用雙組分聚氨酯膠膠合性能優(yōu)于乳膠,克服了氯氧鎂板材耐水性差、體積不穩(wěn)定等缺點,解決了吸濕、返鹵泛霜、彎曲變形等技術(shù)難題;(2)通過控制單板厚度,有效控制燃燒試驗中的熱釋放速率、燃燒熱值和煙氣毒性以及板材的力學性能。通過國家防火建材質(zhì)檢中心全項性能指標檢測,所有技術(shù)指標均達到或超過國家標準。
[Abstract]:Pure wood panels, natural wood patterns, high weight ratios and wood insulation and moisture conditioning, are widely used in buildings, furniture, interior decoration and other fields closely related to people's lives, But wood belongs to flammable material, and magnesium oxychloride inorganic fireproof board is widely paid attention to because of its noncombustibility, plasticity, acid-alkali resistance, moth-proof, and can effectively block sound wave and moisturize. It belongs to magnesium oxychloride cement products. Taking magnesia cementitious material as main body, net glass fiber cloth as reinforcing material and light moisturizing material as filler, it can meet the requirements of noncombustibility and is a new type of environmental protection plate. However, because of its poor waterproof performance, After moisture absorption, the phenomena such as defrosting, bending deformation and so on seriously affect its decorative performance and application scope. In this paper, the characteristics of wood and magnesium oxychloride inorganic fireproof board were studied. The inorganic wood composite fire prevention and fire resistant decorative board products have the characteristics of decoration durability and A2 class non-fire resistance. Two kinds of adhesives, emulsion (with or without curing agent) and two-component polyurethane, have been tested. The effect of the thickness of 3 / 5 / 7 layer three kinds of laminates on the properties of the composite plates by the application of 100 g / m 2 polyurethane. The results show that the binder of wood veneer and inorganic board is superior to emulsion by using two-component polyurethane adhesive, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor water resistance and unstable volume of magnesium oxychloride sheet, and solves the problems of moisture absorption and halogen flooding. By controlling the thickness of the veneer, effectively controlling the heat release rate, combustion calorific value and smoke toxicity, and the mechanical properties of the plate, the bending deformation and other technical problems, the whole performance index of the National Center for quality Inspection of Fire-proof Building Materials has been tested. All technical indicators are up to or above the national standard.
